This sucks. I just want to see LSU or Alabama or USC play in Ann Arbor in December. Lambeau field sells out in February and it's in the middle of nowhere and colder than a witch's tit. We need a five-year period of the SEC losing in MNC games so that some of the other conferences can get their way once in a while. Yes I'm glad Delaney is pushing back against the SEC's attempt to have the four teams in the playoff be LSU/Alabama/Florida/Arkansas every year, but isn't it about time we stop having to play Florida in Florida, USC in Pasadena, or LSU in Louisiana? |

Fair enough. The '06 UM team was much more under-the-radar (and more talented) than the ND outfit, but at that point in the season it seemed like anybody's game and ended up with ND getting crushed. |

Agreed. I'd be furious if I was a parent and the coach only stood up for my kid in the final game, after forcing her to sit during the first two. If the other team didn't want to play against her, they should have packed up and left before game one.
Even if she made the choice out of respect for the opponents beliefs, I'd be telling her that her right to play supercedes the archaic lessons they were being taught about whether or not a girl's "place" was on an athletic field. |

My ska phase took me indirectly from Ten Times Fast to the Michigan Marching Band (difference in venue of performance, approximately 109,851) so while I may question my taste of the HS ska phase, I never question its value. That being said, I think I'll have myself a beer! |
