What’s your temperature today regarding the allegations?

I know this place is finicky about topics so I’ll eat the downvotes if they come, but I would like to hear how everyone feels this is going to end up. Opinions on the Michigan side seem to vary wildly. I know Brian has expressed his opinion this won’t be a major issue. Chris Balas update seemed a little more concerning, kind of implying that some at UM won’t have Harbaughs back on this and they would have conversations about his future. Seems like Sams site is more optimistic, but that seems par for the course. And of course the national media is all over the place. Lots coming to Harbaughs defense and many claiming it’s an outrageous scandal. So where do you personally think this will all end up?

Although I would add that the video osu sent out with stallions motioning a signal to minter on the sidelines of last years game doesn’t look good. This whole thing is just annoying af

I wouldn't worry about it. He is their sign-stealing analyst. In that moment, Minter is using him for exactly the purpose he's being paid for as a sign-stealing analyst. It doesn't prove he knew anything about how that knowledge was acquired.

Honestly, I don't care if Harbaugh funded the whole thing, even though I'm sure he didn't. It's college football, bending the rules is part of the game.

It was Stalions job to decode signals. These videos and pictures of him on the sidelines mean nothing. It is zero proof he cracked the codes through any other way than legal means. If you see these videos or pictures posted, they should be called out as BS narrative framing and the poster should be disparaged appropriately.

New research suggests that 98.6 is not the new normal.  It is 97.5 and for those who want to learn more:

Sam Webb this morning seemed to be making a plea for people in the Michigan community to start contacting University folks.  I caught the end of the session so perhaps someone can fill in exactly what Sam was suggesting.

Given the "new research" also happens to correlate with "them" dumping mercury thermometers I'm going to guess the thermometer bureaucratic establishment simply used a bad proxy for establishing the baseline temperature at 98.6 and it's actually that all the new-fangled thermometers are off 1.1 degrees.

Your conspiracy theory of the day. You are welcome.

I favor using private investigators to dig through every inch of the lives of those targeting Harbaugh and by extension the program just in the spirit of fair competition and individual rights. I favor the light of Day.

Same. Assuming they (OSU) were one of the key sources, I'd like their entire football ecosystem to be napalmed, if necessary, in order to get the details. MAD.

As for the-person-of-local-interest-that-shall-not-be-named, I wouldn't mind a little light being shed there, too, as long as it's civil. (A guy can dream.) Speaking of that person, I find it interesting that he'd endorse two very different coaches. There are dots to connect there if you look closely.

Chill, cracking a beer and enjoying the posts.

EDIT: By the rules this is a secondary violation, if there was even a violation which seems very up in the air at this point, that is being blown up because people are mad their favorite football team lost to us

This is where I am.  I'm just bummed out that we have to deal with this stuff.  I am reading some of the threads about it, but I just can't dive in and spend much time on it.  I guess it's a defense mechanism, to keep my sanity.

All I know is they need to keep winning, because it will be worse if we start losing.

I want to donate to a fund that spends millions of dollars on private investigators to dig up every piece of dirt possible to burn the osu athletic department to the ground! I don't donate 10 percent of my wages to a church but I would for this!

There is none, this should be self-evident. He's trying to make a joke based on his perception that no highly educated Michigan fan could possibly believe the conspiracy theories regarding the 2020 election.

However, I do think it's funny those who would ardently support the bureaucratic state being the bureaucratic state in politics get upset when another branch of the bureaucratic state comes after Michigan.

I get more of a "Russian collusion" feeling here. We are being presented with an elaborate conspiracy that will be in the end boil down to some miniscule dollar amount of Facebook ads being bought | A single staffer either knowingly/unknowingly broke a dumb rule.

But it won't stop Buckeye fans from channeling HRC and stating on every forum possible that they would have won if it weren't for those stolen signs/Facebook ads.
