This will be the thread for your snowflakes and hot takes regarding the offense and offensive playcalling.

This offense has so much potential and they are getting better every game. It is like a chess match where they setup a play for the second half. By OSU, the development process will be complete for an ass kicking.

One sack. One. The OLine is officially good.

I still dont think the offense as a whole has reached its ceiling yet.

I'm still not a fan of the points left on the table and the long stretches they seem to have where nothing works.

Michigan has a similar game to LSU, will be interesting to see if LSU can hang with Alabama tonight.

Am I the only one who enjoyed the constant mocking of McSorley’s past celebrations by both offensive (DPJ) and defensive (Winovich, Hudson)?

Harbaugh/Brown/Mattison etc al. with long and vindictive memories.

Did what was necessary, but the offense is still... underwhelming? I can't get a read on it.

A bunch of 3rd and shorts with that read option/inside zone thing that went nowhere until the Higdon one popped.

Martin is a run tip to end all run tips. Every time he was on the field PSU sent everyone to stop the run.

Shea made some really dumb decisions as well (the Evans pass, running sideways on that QB draw).

That's not to say they did what they had to do. But at some point I fear the offense will have to bail the defense out and it won't be able to by grinding people down in the second half.

Awesome!  The offense played great.  The line got worked a little bit, but that was a great d-line.  Great play calls.  Great execution.  Offense is peaking at the right time.

It feels like the slow pace prevents them from getting into a good rhythm sometimes. But the O line continues to handle its business.

Kicking is just as much mental as physical. Nordin has all the physical tools tools and then some. But something has got him mentally. His PAT's would easily be good from 50+. He just needs to remember that you kick all kicks, regardless of distance the same. Block everything else out and kick a PAT every time. We're gonna need him down the stretch.

Another good team. Another good performance by our OL. Higdon has slowly worked himself into a RB who's in the national conversation of good RBs.

The majority of our 3rd downs are variations of QB zone reads (or whatever you want to call it) which is probably not gonna cut it against great defenses. It's predictable and typically a low yardage play. Hope we have more up our sleeve when needed here.

It's amazing the near instant difference a good OL coach can make. Warinner is straight up elite. The same group of guys with Funk or Drevno and we'd of allowed twice as many sacks this year and Higdon would definitely not have his 7 straight 100s. #RevengeTour

What's really amazing is all the jokers who come on here after Michigan kicks ass and throws out a criticism-evidently thinking that this makes one appear to be knowledgeable. And then add that Higdon wouldn't be gaining nearly as many yards if the o-line wasn't coached  better. What a genius!

Hahahaha Peoples-Jones doing the Saquon swim after his TD catch! Also saw Khaleke Hudson doing the same thing after Watson's pick 6! Trolling at its finest!

Shea will be rattled by Clemson or Bama.  Till then this offfense just needs to stop leaving points on the field and they'll be 12-1.

That's because you don't understand football.  LSU and Alabama aren't unbeatable, and Clemson looks right now to match up well (even overmatch) against Michigan, but they haven't been tested yet so we don't know if they are for real.

I have to agree, that's why I'm a message board guy who pretends to be something I'm not on the Internets (a football expert). BUT I thought about that and yes--especailly with Black in there--I recant that statement.

Four more games to get this thing in gear, hopefully no more big injuries, and this offense will be a real challenge for anyone.

What I  DO notice is that this offense has nuances I like--such as moving the chains even if they don't score. They do have long periods of not being productive, but other teams do play defense.

I stand corrected--this team is as good as any other team right now.

3 Cheers for the Offensive Line! They were AWESOME today. If this was last year, our QB would be dead. This year... everyone did their part. Sure, there were some miscues. But, some of those were as much PSU making a great play, as it was a problem with out linemen. PSU does have talent on the line. But, the way we played... wow. We said on the first drive: We are Michigan - we are running it down your throats... and did for a TD. PSU knew we were going to run it, and were powerless to stop it. If you would have told me Runyan would not give up a sack vs the Gaz, MSU OR PSU... I would have cringed, laughed, and called someone on you for having lost your mind. Now - We are running behind Runyan when we need key yards. Wow.

Sign our OL Coach to a 10 year contract... or life... or whatever makes him happy.

I didnt like running out of shotgun so much. Seemed to get us going east west too much. Seemed like we had a lot more success going right up the gut
