Add Poole this group, and they all can, one on one, it's when teams play good help d that can stymie things. Livers isn't bad either.

Maybe its dementia, he is 70. Umbig, I hear ya, but at this point, i don't give a fuq.

01/18/2019 - 8:35pm When were they the #1 team…

When were they the #1 team in the country?

01/18/2019 - 7:15pm Gary has never weighed…

Gary has never weighed 300lbs.

01/18/2019 - 3:46pm When Gary came here he was…

When Gary came here he was supposed to be a rush end, but by virtue of depth and need he became the anchor, and he didn't put up the numbers people expected. If he finds the right situation in the pro's he will put up good numbers. I still don't think he will put up absurd testing numbers at the combine, but he will put up numbers deserving a top 10 pick.

01/17/2019 - 6:37pm Honest question, did Enos…

Honest question, did Enos tell Harbaugh he was leaving, or did he hear about that also? I thought he just left here also.

01/17/2019 - 4:58am That has not been determined…

That has not been determined yet, and why do you care what Pep is doing, as long as it's not running the offense.

01/17/2019 - 4:56am He runs the kind of offense…

He runs the kind of offense defensive minded coaches love. Run the ball, control the clock, win the field position battle, and take the occasional shot. The issue is, everyone else in the NFL is running wide open offenses and taking shots all game.

Haha.. I just read they are making a part 2 to that. Great movie. Mcdowell's.

01/16/2019 - 3:34pm I didn't realize Martell was…

I didn't realize Martell was trying to get a waiver. What is he claiming, he was discriminated against because of his height?

01/16/2019 - 3:02pm Didn't he have trouble…

Didn't he have trouble catching a cold? Man it seems like 10 yrs ago when he committed.

01/16/2019 - 12:30pm I hope you're right. He is…

I hope you're right. He is supposed to be our next center, correct?

01/16/2019 - 10:21am You call yourself an…

You call yourself an excellent cook, but you can't make gravy? GTFO.......

01/16/2019 - 4:48am You haven't watched much…

You haven't watched much college baseball. There aren't many, to any black players on most teams. I don't think MSU had one last year either. Not saying anything about MSU, it just doesn't seem to be very popular with black kids these days.

01/15/2019 - 6:32pm I was gonna say, I didn't…

I was gonna say, I didn't think he was liked during his time here.

01/15/2019 - 1:09pm Magnus, I think you're being…

Magnus, I think you're being a little tough bro. It was really no different that 2018 or 2017 when you look at depth. We don't really know if their is a Trevor Lawrence in the bunch, but there wasn't a Trevor Lawrence in the last few classes.

01/15/2019 - 11:30am Enos probably got that…

Enos probably got that tongue lashing before and said "screw this" I'm going to Miami. All you have to do is look at the sideline during a game, and you can see Nick giving it to his assistants.

01/14/2019 - 1:48pm Honest question, doesn't the…

Honest question, doesn't the state of Michigan produce more 4 and 5 star football players than Jersey?

01/11/2019 - 12:15pm But seriously, what is going…

But seriously, what is going on at Bama. Are people sick of Saban's shit, or what?  All the talent in the world, and he can't keep any of his staff to run his offense?

01/11/2019 - 10:30am Honest question, was Al…

Honest question, was Al Washington responsible for anyone other than Zach Harrison this last cycle? I mean I keep hearing he was a great recruiter and I'm not sure what that us based on.

01/10/2019 - 5:05pm What's going on in Alabama?…

What's going on in Alabama? The program is imploding.

01/10/2019 - 1:55pm You put your name in, and…

You put your name in, and other schools can contact you. You don't have to transfer, but it's like a FA thing. (free agency)

01/10/2019 - 12:54pm Yeah I probably stated that…

Yeah I probably stated that wrong. I meant that he could have a long career in the NFL, by either being a starter, backup, or finding another position ala Randall El. You don't make it to the majors and stick unless you are hitting .280 or better, or hitting bombs, and he doesn't look like the bomb hitting type.

01/10/2019 - 12:13pm Russell Wilson has played…

Russell Wilson has played for 8 years and hasn't had a major injury. QB's break legs and tear knee's up more than anything else, and that happens no matter what size you are.

01/10/2019 - 12:10pm Let's see, he can play a…

Let's see, he can play a sport and not make another dime post signing bonus and never make the major league, or he can play a sport and play pro ball from day one, and get a signing bonus and maybe be a star? Yeah, I can see the downside to that.

01/09/2019 - 12:17pm I'm not disagreeing with you…

I'm not disagreeing with you totally, but I doubt that has been OSU's "only goal" since Urban has been there. I honestly believe this was the only time since Jim has been here that the talent level was close to equal, and this year they actually seemed more prepared than us.

01/09/2019 - 11:47am I don't think the talent…

I don't think the talent level was much different. I've said this before, and I'll say it again, players have to make plays. Clemson's players made more plays than Alabama's. Not to mention, the one thing I never thought I'd see happen, happened. Nick Saban had a brain fart and panicked. Clemson's receivers beat man to man coverage, and when the ball wasn't on target, they made great plays on the ball. Clemson's DB's make open field tackles when they needed them the most. Clemson mixed up coverages and Tua made some really bad decisions. Clemson hid their blitzes until the last minute. When one teams players makes more individual plays than the other, it makes the coaches look a lot better. Not to mention, both teams d-lines were healthy and they both have top 10 picks at running back. It's simple, give your best players an opportunity to make plays, and hopefully they do.

01/08/2019 - 1:47pm Maybe we lucked out that he…

Maybe we lucked out that he left. His D-line recruiting has been disappointing as of late. Deron Irving Bey, Corey Malone Hatcher, Aubrey Solomon, James Hudson (who was a DT) Elysse Mbem-Bosse are all gone and Phil Paea and Ron Johnson have been missing in action. Not to mention the fact that he and Al Washington were the last to visit Zach Harrison.

01/08/2019 - 10:40am I'm sorry, but I watched…

I'm sorry, but I watched that game last night, and those offenses weren't vastly different from what Michigan is trying to run, they just have much better offensive lines. They had slow developing passing plays, but their lines held up.

01/08/2019 - 8:56am Does that have anything to…

Does that have anything to do with rankings? Fans always think and want the best for their respective teams, whether they are ranked high or not. If we are ranked low, they say we are underrated.

01/08/2019 - 8:53am The ESPN link has Jon Runyan…

The ESPN link has Jon Runyan as leaving. Smh...... ESPN.

01/08/2019 - 8:49am 1st in - We shouldn't be…

1st in - We shouldn't be ranked until we beat OSU.

01/08/2019 - 7:27am You also said he pulled in…

You also said he pulled in top notch classes, so follow your own instructions. He did a shitty job of developing the (d-line talent?)

So either he wasn't a very good recruiter, or he he wasn't very good at developing talent, and either way, we don't need him now.

01/08/2019 - 6:44am Can we stop this mantra? He…

Can we stop this mantra? He had some good recruits, but his overall classes were not very good. He signed 25 players in 2012, and 9 were contributors. He signed 27 in 2013 and 10 were contributors. In 2014 he signed 17 and 8 were contributors. So either he wasn't a very good recruiter, or he he wasn't very good at developing talent, and either way, we don't need him now.

01/08/2019 - 6:34am He had one good recruiting…

He had one good recruiting class (No I take that back he had a class of 27 players, one QB and 7 offensive lineman, in which one stayed with the program to go with those guys) Dude that might be the one class that set this program back 5 years.

01/08/2019 - 5:02am Just because you say, you…

Just because you say, you haven't posted in a long time, doesn't mean you can throw this crap out here. I agree wit something someone else said in another post. No more retreads. Let's get a dynamic younger guy who can recruit his ass off. Hoke was fine finding diamonds in the rough, but he wasn't consistently pulling in top rated guys. We need huge athletic guys for our interior line.

This isn't even somewhat true.

01/07/2019 - 1:50pm His defense's at Michigan…

His defense's at Michigan and Notre Dame weren't very good Magnus. We got better after he left and ND did also.

01/07/2019 - 1:48pm This will force Michigan to…

This will force Michigan to change their offensive philosophy because he knows everything we run.

01/07/2019 - 1:36pm You didn't like the other…

You didn't like the other thread?

01/07/2019 - 1:35pm What would he coach Magnus,…

What would he coach Magnus, and is he a good recruiter?

01/07/2019 - 1:31pm Dude, he's a 70 year old man…

Dude, he's a 70 year old man. He's seen his best days.

01/07/2019 - 1:27pm Doug Karsh just said that…

Doug Karsh just said that Jim and Don Brown didn't renew his contract, so he left for OSU. Supposedly he informed his d-lineman last night he wouldn't be back.

edit: Not true, just a rumor that was shot down.

01/07/2019 - 1:18pm He sucked as a coordinator,…

He sucked as a coordinator, so good bye Felisha

01/05/2019 - 10:35pm OK, well how about single…

OK, well how about single game performance? 2 come to mind, Tim Biakabutuka against OSU, and Ty Wheatley in the Rose Bowl.

01/05/2019 - 12:25pm Yeah, I heard Pep, (should I…

Yeah, I heard Pep, (should I say his name) was under the impression we were going to open things up last game and some prior games, but those plays and concepts were not used.

01/05/2019 - 7:34am "

Julian Barnett

had an uneven week that ranged from solid to concerning, while offensive lineman

Devontae Dobbs

didn’t live up to his lofty ranking at any time during the week. And while that’s not to say Dobbs was awful all week, he certainly didn’t look like the No. 48 player in the country. The week that was for the Spartans also included an excruciating 7-6 loss to Oregon in a bowl game sponsored by an antiquated way to rent DVDs. There have been better stretches in East Lansing. That much is certain.

We would have been fine if you didn't do the POSBANG.

01/03/2019 - 6:30pm Hudson won't be a safety in…

Hudson won't be a safety in the NFL. He is not fast enough.

01/03/2019 - 6:28pm Khaleke? I don't really…

Khaleke? I don't really think that's an option. Under sized LB, or over sized safety.
