I agree that cost of living may be higher, but I think the bigger aspect is what you have to spend to feel rich or keep up with the jonses that drives the bigger difference. The higher wages in big cities should more than offset the cost of milk, eggs, bread, etc.
Much like my Iowa comment, you are probably consuming more federal resources, like defense spending for example.
The cost of those public services (some of which I would rather have choice to decline) are far outweighed by the cost and investment of providing food, clothing, housing, training, and love for a human being for at least 18 years each.
Furthermore, my kids will be paying the payroll taxes to fund your social security and medicare payments. It more than balances out.

While I respect your opinion, I think the Notorious DOA was one of the first indicators of the demise of rap. Unintelligible gibberish, with almost arhythmic beats and bass. Day and night from the likes of Chuck D. and Rakim.

Alternatively (and this is amazingly an unpopular opinion these days), pretending that intergroup conflicts don't exist is an incredibly powerful and hurtful tactic.

I will add that I’ve been pretty underwhelmed by Nike’s clothing since they got the Michigan contract. I don’t like the dri-fit shirts. The designs aren’t that innovative and some items are just plain fugly.
1.) Michigan fans are extremely embarrassing. Our fan base is awful.
2.) Football seasons where we aren't good or expected to be good are 100x more fun than seasons like 2016
3.) Guns should be banned in this country. Not just assault rifles, but handguns and hunting rifles too. Hunters can find a new hobby.

I think the Star Wars saga has been milked for way too long now. Time to put that whole thing to bed and Hollywood to come out with something new. What is next a spin off movie about Chewbacca or Princess Leah..... Give it a rest.

Plus mowing uses a lot of gas. Supposedly many mowers are poorly tuned and thus generate way more pollution than they ought to.
A counter-argument is that where I live lawn care provides lots of jobs (people hire out, they don't do it themselves).

Unpopular opinion: I like these threads because even though they are always repetitive and mostly just a place for a couple of people to not take jokes well, it allows me to build up a consistent dossier on prominent MGoUsers and then sell them on the black market for cash money.
