What are your predictions for the score this weekend?

Any other interesting tidbits you think will happen or want to happen…

Let’s hear about it!

45-0 Michigan

41-10. Our smothering defense should allow more than the usual offensive possessions but would expect JJ to sit after dipping his toe into the third quarter.

However, not counting chickens out of respect for Super Bowl III.

One of the first two drives goes for a FG. The other goes for a TD. At that point, with Michigan more interested in championship game experience for the 2s and 3s, than in style points, it's Tuttle time in the late first quarter, and Mullings ends up going for about 200 yards and 3 more TDs.

Iowa does NOT get even one sad FG, and the final score is 31–0. Michigan covers, but the historic Under is preserved. James Franklin gets a raise that week for transitively tying Michigan. But the most important thing is no one gets injured, and all of the beat Georgia stuff (and the rest of the beat Ohio stuff) remains in the bag for the CFP.

31–0

[was really tempting to come up with a narrative for 66–0, but I think we just play it safe once we've scored, because the game is basically over at that point.]

42-3

Did the job in ‘21. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Rest the starters and stay healthy for the Rose Bowl.

Alternatively, 65-0 for Zak. If trying for this score, let Ferentz know the plan when Michigan is up 38-0 at halftime.

Fewer fireworks than in the '21 game.

Michigan 31, Iowa 6.

I'm hedging on whether Iowa scores a TD against our 2's/3's but misses the PAT, 2 sad FG's or 3 ebullient safeties.
