I don't know what he looked like without a shirt last year but I thought he looked quite soft. I'm pretty sure this picture does indicate that he is leaner and has better muscle tone. Genetic factors are also a factor in how quickly an individual progresses.
(Not saying that he did or did not work as hard as he could have. Just saying no one can know just by looking at this picture.)

If our players are in good shape we will win every game and they are in good shape. The other teams’ players cannot be in this good of shape because I don’t see shirtless pictures of them being posted. It’s pretty simple - as a doctor I’d think you could figure it out but seems like, no, no you couldn’t. So I explain. If posting pantsless pictures then is problem. But this is no problem.
