2 More Crystal Balls projecting Zach Harrison to Michigan
Crystal Balls from Garret Fishaw and Josh Newkirk on Zach Harrison came in this afternoon and are protected by the VIP tag but Michigan jumped from 11% to 20% so I believe it’s safe to infer they were for Michigan. Fishaw is a Michigan guy, not sure about Newkirk but yeterday’s games (both OSU struggles and Michigan dominating) may have moved the needle further towards the good guys.

along with this is the meltdown that is going on over at bucknuts. there a bunch of fans who want urban gone because hes loosing his touch and they dont want him around if he isn't going to perform when it comes to recruiting. they think that they should have a top 3 class every year that has no 3 stars in it and the fact that they are mostly 3 stars right now shows that urban has to go. its hilarious for me
November 4th, 2018 at 3:39 PM ^
Him and Keegan are all I want to finish out this class. Anything else is gravy. Maybe take a flier on a WR from out west or down south. Karalifits would just be the cherry on the top. Sooooo much depth.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:39 PM ^
I like that. What about Crouch? Any news on how his visit went?
November 4th, 2018 at 3:50 PM ^
Apparently he was spotted in the locker room chanting "It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine" FWIW
November 4th, 2018 at 3:55 PM ^
Too bad he wasn't chanting "fuck Michigan", darn

For a recruit who was openly concerned about the weather, he dressed like a local and looked happy. The Georgia kids were bundled up like it was mid-winter.
November 4th, 2018 at 6:46 PM ^
I thought it was he wanted to stay close to home so his friends and family could see him play in person? It is weather that is his concern?
November 4th, 2018 at 7:01 PM ^
I think you're mixing up Harrison and Crouch, a North Carolinian who's made no secret of his concern with the weather.
Harrison's from Columbus so weather doesn't concern him.
November 4th, 2018 at 7:26 PM ^
Don, you didn't notice that the question I answered was about Crouch, not Harrison.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:40 PM ^
Beat osu and we win the division and his commitment! HAIL!
November 4th, 2018 at 3:43 PM ^
Can only mean one thing: the phone call Harbaugh took during his presser was Harrison giving a silent commitment.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:04 PM ^
If if someone comments silently in a forest does it make a sound?
November 4th, 2018 at 4:05 PM ^
Commits*
#fail
November 4th, 2018 at 3:50 PM ^
Meyer is done at OSU and there’s no heir apparent. He’s lost control of his team and they’re very one dimensional. Michigan is arguably playing like the best team in the country and their coaches are coaching up and cranking out NFL caliber DL right now. There’s also a lot of stability on our defensive coaching staff. Don Brown and Mattison are staying around at this point. DL commits should be jumping on in as quick as they’re offered.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:56 PM ^
Bama is the best team in the country. There is no arguing that.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:58 PM ^
There is not an unsubstantial number of fans that believe Haskins quit yesterday. Whether he did or not there wasn't a lot of push back to the idea.
November 4th, 2018 at 7:17 PM ^
Hail Harbo, I can see your statement definitely ringing true in the very near future. I'm thinking Nov 24th, 2018. Haskins looked like he quit out there after the pounding he took by Don Brown's defense.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:55 PM ^
They have a literal heir apparent - coach-in-waiting Ryan Day. Now I’m not saying that’s a good thing for them just saying.
November 5th, 2018 at 8:50 AM ^
Ryan Day is unproven and it’s laughable to say he is a heir apparent. No one knows if he will be great or terrible. He was the HC for 3 games. And he wasn’t the true HC as Urban was still allowed to install the game plan.
additionally, he coached against 2 of the worst teams in college football and a third game, if not for a complete meltdown during a 3 minute stretch, he would have lost to a 3-6 football team that lost to a Kansas that just fired their coach.

TING!!
Elite recruits hate instability most of all. If they have attractive, stable options, that is where they will go.
November 4th, 2018 at 3:59 PM ^
I won't post 247 content but, multiple people reporting that they are close to entering a CB for the good guys here.
One of the most respected and long tenured Midwest recruiting guys says hes just being careful because it's such a notable pick.
November 4th, 2018 at 4:50 PM ^
Correct. Sean Scherer (SpartanTailgate), Luke Stampini, Josh Newkirk, and Garrett Fishaw have CBs to Michigan, the rest have CBs to OSU. But the four most recent CBs are the ones to M.
November 4th, 2018 at 5:08 PM ^
Apparently Steve Wiltfong is saying "Zach is definitely going to Michigan,"

November 4th, 2018 at 5:33 PM ^
also ... he doesnt like to compete, hes soft, his offer wasnt real,Meyer saw flaws and didnt want him,etc etc etc
Harrison will have some sort of Edge rush playing time Freshman year
WOW Michigan DL is going to be deep next year .. Vilain,Hutchinson,Uche,Paye,Solomon,Kemp,Mazi Smith,Hinton, maybe Zack Harrison and maybe the Purdue commit (Karlaftis)
November 4th, 2018 at 5:25 PM ^
Maybe Urban is forgetting to text recruits due to his brain cysts?
November 4th, 2018 at 5:32 PM ^
FWIW Brice Marich from Michigan Insider also just CBd Harrison to Michigan.
Also, Friday, Ellis from Eleven Warriors:
Andrew Ellis STAFF 2 NOV 2018, 9:47 AM
Can no longer submit crystal ball picks (and my ranking suddenly went from 3rd to like 30th) but if I could I’d put one in for Battle to Bama and Harrison to Michigan. Would also put in a flip pick for Nick Broeker to Ohio State.
November 4th, 2018 at 5:37 PM ^
Was just on 247 and thought to myself, I wonder where Stephen Herron is ranked now (he's down to 136).
If we picked up Harrison at this point I think that would more than make up for the Herron decommit earlier this cycle
November 4th, 2018 at 5:41 PM ^
Also, got Ojabo after that decommit
November 4th, 2018 at 6:52 PM ^
Is Ojabo staying at DE?
November 4th, 2018 at 6:27 PM ^
Andrew Ellis is posting on 11 warriors that he cannot update his crystal ball but he would be flipping Harrison’s to Michigan
November 4th, 2018 at 6:56 PM ^
Zach Harrison said he likes being around Michigan and the players.
November 4th, 2018 at 6:51 PM ^
Brice Marich has now followed suit
November 5th, 2018 at 10:18 AM ^
Marich has also put in a crystal ball for Aeneas Dicosmo. Does he have him going to the Cardinal, possibly solidifying Harrison’s spot on the M 2019 class? I’m not 247 VIP(Thurston Howell III voice).

It’s not serious until 21-22%.

Aren't you that johnny kid who said the running game sucked? LOLZ
November 5th, 2018 at 2:19 AM ^
I don’t think it was me. I missed the game on Saturday. Unless it was another game or John.
November 4th, 2018 at 7:59 PM ^
24%, game on?
November 4th, 2018 at 8:53 PM ^
Yes...just saw that...something (good) must be leaking out.
November 5th, 2018 at 10:13 AM ^
Wiltfong is down with it. 29% baby!!!
