05/24/2018 - 12:49pm After learning the Pistons

After learning the Pistons turned down 6 draft picks (4 first rounders) to drop down 4 spots in the draft - 1-2 years ago... I knew the Pistons were a garbage/joke of an NBA team

Detroit was one of three teams to turn down the 6 draft picks for Justice Winslow…

Not taking these 4 first rounders (plus the 1st rounders they wouldve had) will HAUNT the Pistons forever

05/06/2018 - 3:16pm HORRIBLEOhio St is a school

Ohio St is a school "well known" for beating down MSU and Penn St for the horrible things that happened at those two schools.

This might be on the same level as Nassar ,how the hell do these people get away with this for 20-30 years

One of the Ohio St sites, says its 300+ complaints, why is this just now coming out? 300+ kids said i was assaulted by this guy and no action was taken? I dont understand ........

im not sure if its 300+ assualts, but its still 300+ complaints about the guy

Ohio St needs to held responsible…

05/02/2018 - 4:19pm CBSSports have 10+ guys that

CBSSports have 10+ guys that do their own "2019 mocks,2019 prospects"  this guy is the only one ive seen that doesnt have Shea in the top 20 picks, hes ranked anywhere from 1-25 in all the mocks ive seen

05/02/2018 - 3:42pm Rod Allen might be the worst

Rod Allen might be the worst baseball announcer on the planet

He always waivers and has never been committed to anything he starts to say

Rod Allen "this is a nice count to streal second,if Jim (Jim Leyland) thinks its a good count"

Rod Allen "a good fast ball should get a strike out here.,only if (fill in the blank) feels like that is the pitch he wants to use,in this spot"

Rod Allen "if manager chooses to do so" is a phrase you will hear Rod Allen say 15-20 per games, its unbearable .

Rod Allen "i really cant give my 2 cents on if he should tag up or not"  ...ummm thats your exact  job discription Rod !!!

Mario or Gibby "Rod do you think (manager) will keep the starter in for another inning ? Rod Allen "if he chooses to do so"

Joey Galloway is the worst sports announcder on the planet, but Rod Allen has to be top 5

Im guessing 20 straight is a program record? If not it has to be close ..

34 in a row is the NCAA record held by Texas 1977  and Florida Atlantic 1999

EDIT: looks like 20 in a row is the conference record  . But the site is from 2011

04/14/2018 - 12:08pm Thanks Mo
Would love to see

Thanks Mo

Would love to see the Warriors draft him in the late 20s he woulod be a perfect fit at Center for the Warriors, they have some very good defenders (so he wouldnt be needed as a defensive player) and he would get 3-4  three point attemots per game

"Name on the cup"  maybe put the Original Stanley Cup in a show case and start putting names on a new cup, instead of erasing Legends of the game from the current cup

04/13/2018 - 1:59am I think he was in shock,the

I think he was in shock, the real story is how in the world does Livers go from throwing the inbound pass,to being at the other ends free throw line, before MAAR took his 1st dribble. Its like a time warp kinda thing

Livers must have run a full sprint 40 yard dash as so as he started to release the pass.

04/08/2018 - 7:02pm in a few weeks Tigers Woods

in a few weeks Tigers Woods will reach the 10 year since  he won a major ,U.S. Open at Torrey Pines Golf Course on June 16, 2008, on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff against Rocco Mediate

Three days layer the "steroid investigations vs pro athletes" started to happen.

Everyone knows Tiger refused the steroid testing due to his "bad knee medication"

Since that Major win,Tiger Woods has missed more cuts then hes made

All of Tiger Woods' PGA Tour Missed Cuts

Since turning pro in late 1996, Tiger Woods has missed the 36-hole cut in 17 PGA Tour events. Those 17 tournaments, and Woods' scores in each, are:

  • 1997 Bell Canadian Open, 70-76--146 (+6)
  • 2005 EDS Byron Nelson Championship, 69-72--141 (+1)
  • 2005 Funai Classic, 68-73--141 (-3)
  • 2006 U.S. Open, 76-76--152 (+12)
  • 2009 British Open, 71-74--145 (+5)
  • 2010 Quail Hollow Championship, 74-79--153 (+9)
  • 2011 PGA Championship, 77-73--150 (+10)
  • 2012 Wells Fargo Championship, 71-73--144 (E)
  • 2012 Greenbrier Classic, 71-69--140 (E)
  • 2014 Quicken Loans National, 74-75--149 (+7)
  • 2014 PGA Championship, 74-74--148 (+6)
  • 2015 Waste Management Phoenix Open, 73-82--155 (+13)
  • 2015 U.S. Open, 80-76--156 (+16)
  • 2015 British Open, 76-75--151 (+7)
  • 2015 PGA Championship, 75-73--148 (+4)
  • 2017 Farmers Insurance Open, 76-72--148 (+4)
  • 2018 Genesis Open, 72-76--148 (+6)

Note that only five of these missed cuts happened prior to Woods' 2009 car accident and the dissolution of his marriage and scandal that followed.

Woods' Missed Secondary Cuts

Woods has also missed the secondary cut, after 54 holes, once:

  • 2014 Farmers Insurance Open, 72-71-79--222 (+6)

The secondary cut is also known as "Rule 78" (see PGA Tour cut rule for an explanation of 'Rule 78').

Then There Was that Record No-Cut Streak

When it comes to PGA Tour cuts, the thing Woods will always be most famous for is holding the PGA Tour record for most consecutive tournaments without missing a cut - 142.

Between his first missed cut in 1997 and his second in 2005, Woods went 142 tournaments without missing a cut. Coincidentally, the streak finally ended at the tournament named after the man whose record Woods broke - the Byron Nelson Championship

03/18/2018 - 11:46am Jordan Poole is the Energizer

Jordan Poole is the Energizer Bunny

We are going to love this guy the next 3 years.

He will be a all BIG10 selection at SG as a Junior and Senior

03/18/2018 - 11:29am On my couch with my 8 yr old

On my couch with my 8 yr old son. That 3.6 seconds seemed like 3 minutes,i went from "why arent they covering Livers" to "throw it,throw it" (we have had a few 5 seconds calls this year) to "attack attack (MAAR) dont settle for a half court heave with this much time" to "Oh My GOD he made it" (after Poole got a perfect pass from MAAR)

I JUMPED off the couch and yelled "he did it he did it" like 4-5 times kissed my son, then sat down and actually had tears rolling down my face,i couldnt help it they just happened.

03/14/2018 - 7:33pm You could be right, they

You could be right, they landed 3 hall of fame type guys by "falling in their laps"  Barry,Calvin and Suh

Every team has a list of guys they passed on ,but the Lions have to have a list 2nd to none

03/14/2018 - 7:30pm Ebron had 1 good game second

Ebron had 1 good game second half of the season

10 catches for 94  yards and he fumbled inside the 2 yard line..

the other 7 games in the second half last year :

21  rep    (on 40 targets)  283 yds rec   scored 3 TDs

he had one game with 94 yds rec  another with 83 yds rec ,the rest of the year he avg like 24 yards per game.

His 53 rec on 83 targets were far and away the worst % in NFL and  he once again lead the NFL in dropped passes and he comes off the field on short yardage run plays

He has 5 TD in his past 38 games on an offense that throws the ball 50 times a game

This was 100% a wasted top 10 pick

03/14/2018 - 5:56pm All people need to know is

All people need to know is :

Still has one of the best OL workouts in NFL combine history

Joe Lunardi must be drunk tonight
After Michigan beat Purdue he moves Purdue to the #1 line in Midwest (Detroit) and slides Michigan to #7 seed in Midwest (Wichita)

03/04/2018 - 10:40am Watch the 30 for 30 about

Watch the 30 for 30 about  Christian Laettner

Most people would have a whole new view of this guy,..i went from not liking him,to actually thinking hes a very good dude.

We just see a small part of the actual person ,these 30 for 30 (or similar shows) guve us a side to people we never knew existed ,

03/01/2018 - 6:02pm He also gets a ton of players

He also gets a ton of players to alter their shots at the rim, causing more misses.

02/25/2018 - 1:13pm Sucks but the SEC football

Sucks but the SEC football spotlight has 100% helped the SEC basketball in recruiting .

Ive seen a few minutes here and there of a few games,id say the SEC has 5-6 legit teams

All you need to know is Kentucky is a middle of the road SEC team and Kentucky still has a pretty good roster

SEC is a very physical league, they could do well in the Touny

02/25/2018 - 1:06pm I HATE DUKE , Id bet they

I HATE DUKE , Id bet they have cheated somehwere along the line ,Way too many top end recruits that have to get accepted into the Duke school, not to have some rule bending going on.

No way on earth all their recruits have had the grades for Duke

02/25/2018 - 1:02pm MAAR has a chance to be a

MAAR has a chance to be a solid NBA back up at SG/PG

He can handle the ball, very good in transition, doesnt turn the ball over.

In todays NBA you dont really have to be a great defender,as long as you can produce on the offensive end.

My Prediction : He gets signed as a UDFA  (someone like Clippers or Dallas) and makes the roster

I can see him having a career like Vinnie "microwave" Johnson

02/25/2018 - 12:54pm Id say Trey hed his own, 26

Id say Trey held his own, 26 and 8 is a pretty good day

Kyrie could be the best PG in NBA if he played hard every single night.

02/25/2018 - 12:51pm I feel if you are an NBA

I feel if you are an NBA starter that avgs  33-34 mins per game you should easily have KCP stats. He has been way below avg (to me) as an NBA player.

11.9  Points per game

1.7 Assist per game

3.3 Rebounds per game

While shooting a putrid 40.8 % from the floor

KCP is a 6'6  SG with the size advantage on most guys hes going against.

KCP is not a draft bust, but hes well below avg  for an NBA SG  ,id rank him in the 30-35 range as far as NBA SG ,even behind a few back up SG in the league.
