06/22/2018 - 10:58am They won multiple Big Ten…

They won multiple Big Ten titles that way. UM hasn’t won a Big Ten title in 14 years.

06/22/2018 - 10:56am You don’t want a discussion…

You don’t want a discussion. You want to bitch and cry.

06/16/2018 - 5:00pm Who gives a shit? Michigan…

Who gives a shit? Michigan is going to get theirs. They always do.

06/16/2018 - 11:01am Argentina is a-Messi.

Argentina is a-Messi.

06/03/2018 - 6:30pm UM fans would hate them for it.

There is no way JB is winning with that roster.

06/03/2018 - 6:20pm Little of this makes sense for both parties.

The Pistons risk alienating a chunk of their fanbase while JB would be coaching a bad team that has little chance to improve itself over the next couple of seasons. Bizarre really.

06/02/2018 - 6:52pm The 90’s were peaceful?

Someone at the Onion was in a coma.

05/26/2018 - 3:37pm Both are hurt.

Why would they fake it? They cannot come back in once they leave the game.

05/21/2018 - 6:45pm Eew. Rush.*

05/21/2018 - 4:01pm Not sure South Africa is a good idea at this point.

Considering the water shortage it probably would be wise to skip it and go to China or Japan.

05/14/2018 - 5:24pm Bucket list city for me.

If you are interested in WWII history Munich has special importance as it is the birthplace of Nazism. Check out the Feldherrnhalle a memorial that is also where the Beer Hall Putsch came to a bloody climax.

05/10/2018 - 12:37pm Why do this?

No one outside of the parties involved knows what happened. Conjecture based on the thinnest amount of evidence is unwise.

05/10/2018 - 12:34pm Bingo. This is classic Lions incompetence.

Add in the racial and age discrimination suit yesterday and it looks even worse.

05/09/2018 - 10:15am You have a Ph.D in shit posting.

We all bow to your genius in this field.

05/09/2018 - 4:43am Your wife says you are mediocre in bed. She’s looking to upgrade

The broom handle has just been terrific she reports. First orgasm she has experienced in years.

05/07/2018 - 3:35pm The King is getting old.

34 in December.

05/04/2018 - 12:12pm Quatro is a misspelling. It’s Quattro.

05/04/2018 - 12:10pm Quattro is Italian for four.

Spanish and Italian are cousin languages. Both are Latin which itself is an Italic language. The Spanish speak a Latin language because of the Romans conquest and colonization of the Iberian Peninsula.

Italians are Latins but are not referred to as such for reasons I have yet to discover. Latin comes from Latium in Italy.

05/02/2018 - 5:18pm I find it highly doubtful that strict Islamic

countries permit coed programming. That runs counter to how their society operates.

05/02/2018 - 4:34pm “Work in the rest of the world”.

I think you mean Europe because coed programming isn’t happening in Islamic countries or most Catholic countries.

Generalized statement is inaccurate statement.

04/30/2018 - 8:57pm 2015 MSU.

04/30/2018 - 10:16am It’s a tryout only.

He hasn’t signed anything.

04/29/2018 - 8:26pm Our choice.

We have been an empire since 1945. We created much of the modern international structure. Our assumption of roles France and UK previously occupied allowed those countries to focus on internal improvements.

The US insists on being a superpower over America First.

04/29/2018 - 8:03pm The point is that both countries have their

strengths and weaknesses.. The US is a superpower. It has responsibilities that neither France or any other European country has.

04/29/2018 - 7:59pm France has an illustrious military history.

Vercingetorix, William the Conqueror, Turenne, Vauban, Napoleon, etc.

04/29/2018 - 7:52pm Without France there is no US.

Comparing modern war with that of the 18th century doesn’t make any sense.

04/29/2018 - 7:45pm Most of whom come from France’s former colonies.

Many end up in marginalized parts of cities. Thus, their issues with riots and homegrown terrorism.

US tends to get it’s immigrants from a more diverse swath of people.

04/29/2018 - 7:37pm US is superior militarily

has far greater financial and natural resources. France isn’t capable of projecting it’s power beyond a limited fashion. What is innovative about the France?France isn’t a superpower and it’s influence beyond it’s former colonies is almost nil.

04/29/2018 - 7:17pm Yours is a Francocentric view

and not even close to the truth. The health of a nation is measured across healthcare, defense, schooling, immigration, natural resources, innovation, etc.

Every country has serious problems.

04/29/2018 - 7:06pm No.

If you think the US is a failing state then the world is already failed.

04/29/2018 - 6:57pm US is wealthier, far more powerful militarily

and attracts far more immigrants. Yet you somehow can say the US is worse than France in “every discernible way”. Responding to dumb statements with equally dumb statements is not a wise course of action.

04/29/2018 - 6:53pm No. World War One was a criminally stupid war

that we never should have gotten involved in.

04/29/2018 - 5:36pm France is the reason there is an United States.

That debt was prepaid.

04/28/2018 - 3:03pm Bob Quinn’s drafts have been so-so as have his FA

signings. This is an average team that hasn’t appreciably gotten better since Quinn got here. People laud him because he has invested a lot of money in improving the OL. He has failed at that so far.

Meanwhile, he hired his chum from the Pats to fix a defense he has spent comparatively few resources on. The results speak for themselves.

The man has done a mediocre job. The Lions have the same record with Quinn(18-14) as they did in the last two years of Mayhew’s tenure.

This franchise simply cannot figure out how to build a winning program. They never have under the Fords. Why should anyone have faith that they will now?

04/28/2018 - 2:54pm Because they are the Lions

and deserve no respect. Frankly, I wish they would leave Detroit.

04/28/2018 - 2:51pm Terrible draft.

Wasting a First on position that can found in later rounds. Drafting an injury prone RB who rubs high in the second, selecting a nullify at safety in the third, trading up to select training camp fodder in the fourth, and a backup in the 5th.

Bob Quinn is a buffoon.

04/28/2018 - 2:41pm No way. Lions were horrific defensively.

They got destroyed by any good offense they faced. Lions aren’t winning shit with this roster and coaching staff.

5-11. Book it.

04/28/2018 - 1:01am Germans never could have beaten the US.

For starters, they didn't even have a bluewater navy.  They had a helluva of a time trying tp figure out how to invade the UK. Crossing 3000 miles of ocean with enough men to invade the US was well beyond their means. Truthfully, no country could.

04/28/2018 - 12:58am The Russians did most of the fighting and dying.

27 million dead. Entire cities levelled. Large swaths of territory destroyed.  They faced 200 German divisions vs the 60 the Western Allies faced.

Conversely, the US and UK  combined lost 800,000 in both theaters. Seeing as war is ultimately about fighting and often dying it's not a stretch to say that the lion's share of credit for defeating Nazism goes to the Russians.

04/28/2018 - 12:52am Yep. Ukrainians were indeed employed by both sides.

They literally were in the jaws of a monster. They were both victim and perpetrator of genocide.

04/28/2018 - 12:50am Snipers?

It would real difficult for any sniper to hit someone hanging from a blimp.( which were not even needed because of Allied air superiority)

They were also one of numerous blimp regiments most of whom were white. Your football analogy fails because these blimp regiments were not crucial to the success of the invasion.

Again, fewer than one percent were in a combat zone. Initial landing means the first wave of troops ashore. That generally means after the area has secured.

My grandfather was in support as a Marine in the Pacific as an aviation mechanic. There is no shame in it.

It's important to note WHY they were restricted: Racism, racism, racism.  Noting their supporting role says nothing about their courage, but the racism of their country.

04/28/2018 - 12:45am Wow, neither have you.

That's unfortunate.

04/27/2018 - 11:42pm Yes.

Just call me Thanos.

04/27/2018 - 9:02pm No. Zettel is a backup.

That’s all he is. The Lions failure to address a desperate need at DT and DE would be mind boggling if it weren’t the Lions. The franchise is inept and this more proof of that ineptitude.

04/27/2018 - 8:51pm The Lions play Brees, Brady, Rodgers(2), Cousins(2)

Prescott, Goff, Wilson, and Newton. Who are they beating with that defense?

04/27/2018 - 8:31pm Done nothing to address defense.

Johnson is mediocre. He changes nothing. Adding a pass rusher, run stuffer, or safety would have made more sense than taking a RB who will be a bust.

04/27/2018 - 8:21pm Johnson is the 8th best back in the draft.

Carrying a 87.9 grade. Meanwhile, Lions have massive needs at DT and DE.

The ceiling of this team is at 7 wins.

04/27/2018 - 8:02pm Bob Quinn is just awful.

He is a disaster.

04/27/2018 - 6:56pm You have chosen...,poorly.

Peters will more than likely never start another game for Michigan.

04/27/2018 - 6:06am Poor pick. Centers can be found at all rounds of draft.

Meanwhile the horrendous defense is again ignored. In a division with Aaron Rodgers and Kurt Cousins this does nothing to defeat them. Bob Quinn is a buffoon. Hires his chum as HC, signs no one of note in FA, and wastes a first on a center. Millen-level incompetence.
