so much for that

My twins are now 7months and teething . . . and it's still awesome.
Love & Hate are horns on the same goat.
..and your wife and family! Cool pictures!
(edit--I'll settle for 4th)
Hey man, congratulations. They look adorable and most importantly - healthy.
Congrats! Weeks in the NICU can be tough on new parents, so I'm sure you're very relieved to all be home.
It's probably no wonder to you now why neonatologists and NICU nurses are some of the most appreciated in the world.
My twins were in the NICU for about exactly the same amount of time, and in retrospect, while stressful and completely disorienting, it was a real blessing. It allowed my wife to recover from the delivery and us to prepare, somewhat, in a safe environment for what caring for twins would be like.
That doesn't mean that the night we brought them home wasn't the most terrifying night of my life.
And to the OP, congrats. Every 6 months it gets easier. And if you haven't already, see if there's a local parents of twins group, which is not only good for support, but for lots of hand-me-down, twin specific, stuff.
Nice to hear that they are both healthy!! Congrats!
Hold up, you named your son Stewie Griffin?
Congratulations and well done commitment post. Glad to hear they are home. Good size for twins, your wife is a good woman! I hope you had a good NICU to spend your time. We were there for 3 weeks with my daughter. Don't worry about the remedial parenting skills, they'll get better out of necessity!
Tremendous. They are beautiful.
And when we play as a team, when the old season is over, you and I know it’s going to be Michigan again. Michigan!
Congratulations.
Except for the other thing. That hurts the most. But the lack of respect hurts the second most.
Congrats!
I know that there's supposed to be no religion on the blog and all, but God bless you and the family.
"Nobody cares what you think!"
Very good looking babies, congrats.
I've decided to lay off the food for a while, and go on the booze.
I dont think Rivals will issue their 2030 ratings for awhile, but I'm absolutely sure you have two 5* kids.
It must have been a very stressful past few days for you, sir. Congratulations to you and your family and lots of MGoLuck as you as you lose an extreme amount of sleep over the next few months. I think I mentioned previously but sleep deprivation is not a fun thing. I'm currently operating on about 5 hours a night but it continues to shrink as Baby Profitgoblue gets older and more aware of her surroundings. #buzzkill
[P.S. I edited your thread to delete reference to your last name. If you want to keep it in there, please disregard my effort and add it back in.]
Disgruntled former moderator. I got a lot of problems with you people!
After making so many doses of Methadone for NICU patients, it's great to see NICU and have it be a good thing!
We had 17 days in NICU with my daughter back in the day - amazing how small those Preemie Pampers are and how much a small box of them costs, eh? Congratulations to you both and enjoy your precious gifts.
GO BLUE!

I imagine there were some tense moment when dealing with premature twins, but it really is a blessing that they're both okay and you're able to have them home. I can't wait till I have a son (or daughter for that matter) to spend Saturday afternoons watching games with, just like my father did with me.
Congratulations! As a father of premature twins, I understand what your family has gone through. Best wishes for a healthy future! Go Blue!!!
Glad everyone is healthy.

Welcome additions to the MGo family.

Congrats to the future Wolverines!!!!
GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!
OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!! Dun Dun Dun!!!!!!
Congrats to you and your wife.
Avatar is a reference to this. Go Blue!
Meh. Poor pad level. Constant sleeping suggests low motor. Clearly not fast-twitch athletes. Low chance of dreads. Do not want.
Do not know how to evaluate talent.

Nice work! ( I'm sure it was your pleasure)

Congrats and thanks for sharing pix of your little Wolverines.
in the offseason. Sources close to the family say he could increase his body weight by as much as 322% in the next year (given a 22lb average for a 1-year-old)
If he continues bulking up at that rate, he would weigh 1910373042393.07 lbs by the time he hits campus. I think maybe your son may be built for football.
Formerly 'mgoblaniel.'
have fun with the diapers
ALWAYS remember the golden rule: He who has the gold, makes the rules
NICU days are kinda like dog years. Each day is like 7 actual days. Glad to hear you get those future Michigan stars back home where they belong.

I also have twins. 8 year olds..both girls, both Softball..pitcher/catcher combo commits..already some coaching from Hutch and Bonnie.
Advice:
Breathe in that baby smell, and keep it forever...it goes away way too fast.
make sure to help your wife
Sleep deprivation makes you (and your wife) a different person...so be nice.
Enjoy every single moment!!

Congrats! My daughter and son each spent a week in the NICU after being born 4 and 5 weeks premature, respectively. I hated them having to stay in there! My wife made fun of me because I would sing "Hail to the Victors" to my son while holding and feeding him. My kids are 8 and 5 respectively, and I wish your children the same fortune with good health!
It can be pretty stressful/scary in a way i never knew existed.
My son had to spend one night in there just to make sure his temperature would stabilize, since both Jack and my wife started to have their temperature's elevate when she was induced.
Happy to report my son is now nearly 14 months old and healthy as a horse, having 95th percentile height and 75th weight, I sure hope Coach Hoke(Coach Hart?) likes his tape!
I hope for the same good fortune for each of you parents out there!

Although I didn't see any interviews posted with the commits. Link?
So hot. Milk was a bad choice.
Congratulations man! I will be sure my son Boden or "Bo" looks out for them as he will be a sophmore when they are freshman. He is still undecided on lacross or football at the moment.

Great pictures and descriptions! My little blue bundle should make his first appearance in about a week!
"Bend over and I'll show you." Perfect answer to nearly any question.

My two year old is finally singing The Victors.

Here's hoping they say their first words together. One says "Go" and the other says "Blue".

Beautiful children. Well done my man...well done...
