Didn’t Phil also win as a player? Obviously without Michael or Kobe.
... Because they (M) believed he wasn't medically able to play football?
Michigan either has morons for team physicians, or Harbaugh didn't want him.
Probably not far from the truth.
Was listening to Brendan Quinn’s pre-draft pod from the Athletic and they opined that this might be a failure of the staff’s patience (at least in the past) — St. Juste couldn’t stay healthy in his first 3 years on campus and thus “wasn’t on the team” in the Harbaugh way of thinking. He was able to graduate in 3 years and when they suggested he take a medical he was able to go elsewhere as a grad transfer.
Glad it worked out for him - hopefully being drafted made the 2 years of having to deal with PJ worth it!!
Well considering Dr. Robert Anderson was on staff all of throes years and no one had a clue...just sayin’. Sometimes the truth hurts.
Anderson died in 2008.

Amon-Ra St. Brown.

Clearly the U-M medical staff hates Jim Harbaugh and is trying to get him fired.
Jaelan Phillips was also med retired at UCLA and went to Miami and ended up being a first round pick. Shit happens I guess.
Awesome title, bro
Ever heard of a second OPINION? Sometimes, medical people don't give the same prognosis. Let it go.

What answer are you hoping to see?
What did the Michigan doctors see that the NFL team doctors didnt? My guess is that their was more than a medical diagnosis that went into the decision.
This is BS. Don’t spread false info like that. It was strictly a medical decision.
Medical opinion in this case.
Good on BSJ for seeking other opinions and congratulations to him for getting drafted.
The NFL doctors didn’t see him until years later, so it’s not all that surprising that they may see different things.
My guess is that their was more than a medical diagnosis that went into the decision.
There wasn't.
John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt
That's my name, too?
Yeah, it's a great name, but I'm getting real tired of people shouting at me on the street. Like, I'm just trying to drink my coffee in peace dude and now everyone's staring at me.

Isn’t even a little early to hit the hard stuff even for you?
?
Is there an explanation as to why you simply titled your post with the name of the player without bothering to summarize with some context for why you made this post?
Boubacar Cissoko
Kelly Baraka
Sunshine Barato
Yes. There is an explanation.
