OT What's your favorite candy?
So is it OT season yet? Yes? No? Maybe?
Either way, I'm having an absolutely fucked day at work because our IT department's incompetency is Dave Brandon as CEO level. I thought I would kill some time by starting a heated MgoBoard debate.
What is your favorite candy and why is it Peanut M&M's?
Pink Lemonade Jolly Rancher. Harder and harder to find though.
I have a slight addiction to Mr. Goodbars, Peanut M&M's are a close second.
Gummie Bears and Grape Nerds if I'm not in the mood for chocolate
Go Blue!!
Like M&M peanuts only better. And they only come in maize and blue colors.
Sadly they are seasonal but Nerds Jelly Beans top the list for me. They got rid of watermelon (green) this year which was a terrible decision, up there with skittles swapping lime for apple, but they still easily top my list.

Hands down this is the best candy ever. Sadly, I don't even know if it's seasonal anymore. No sign of them this Easter season, and I looked everywhere. Can't for the life of me understand why this candy isn't everywhere all the time.
And they are either called Bumpy Jellybeans or Giant Chewy Nerds...same thing but different packaging.
I prefer the nose candy
Very cherry or green apple flavors are my favorites.
I love flavored tootsie rolls. My grandma gets me a bag of flavored tootsie rolls every year for Easter and Halloween and they hardly last more than a few days.
I loved him and Steve Martin in that funny Thanksgiving movie "Trains, Planes, DeLoreans and Skate Boards" with Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd,,,
I don't get the love for sour candies and gummy stuff. Especially when combined!!
I feel that the venerable Mallow Cup is underrated - classic marshmallow and chocolate! Also, anything with caramel, because you can't go wrong with caramel. Or toffee. Toffee is good.
Now I want a candy bar. Probably a $100 Grand bar, followed by a Heath. And a stop at the local Tractor Supply because they sell Mallow Cups. Thanks for this..
I'd be remiss if I didn't inlcude Starburst jelly beans.
If I weren't so old, I'd be Faux Mo's favorite customer. Ughh, gross...
Lemonheads
I love lots of different kinds of candy . . . for bars, I like Snickers, Almond Joy, Mounds, Heath Bar, Payday, Peanut M&Ms, Butterfingers, Reeses peanutbutter cups. I like some penny candy: lemonheads, Brach's caramels, watermelon candy, coffee candy, butterscotch.
I enjoy dark chocolate much more now, and I also love marzipan. I think some marzipan covered with dark chocolate would be pretty good.
Payday bars are my "emergency travel food." I carry a few in my backback when I'm flying places on business. More than once I've lived off my Payday bars as I sat on tarmacs waiting for hours (and hours!) to take off.
Up the ante by crushing them and sprinkling them on ice cream, preferably coffee.
was a Knickerbocker - chocolate covered raspberry gel. Sadly, no longer in production.
Favorite (Chocolate edition) - Reese's, in particularly the Resse's unwrapped mini-cups but really any
Favorite (Gummy edition) - Swedish Fish or Sour Patch Watermelons, I can't choose
Most underrated - 100 Grand, Whatchamacallit, Maltesers
and M&Ms (perferably almond, pretzel, or peanut). I can't pick just one. Sorry.
Go Blue!
Dark chocolate Krackel. I see those in a candy jar and I'm on it.
Worst candy experience -- a stale Bit-O-Honey candy. Damn thing was so brittle it broke into razor-sharp pieces in my mouth. I didn't realize that at first. Then I tasted blood. I had shredded the insides of my cheek with that thing. Never again. Off my list.
peanut M&M 's. The traditional one's for me. The coffee flavour I say are good too.
Dots
Goobers
Junior mints
Just to name a few
How is this even a question? The answer is Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. In fact, its the only candy manufactured anywhere in the world. Anything else labelled "candy" is not really candy. It's pure boredom.
ginger candy supreme! That, and Dark Chocolate Kit-Kats....
Like my candy how I like my women: Chunky. The Chunky bar is underrated.
