The coaching and preparation for this game was bad. If those edge issues aren't taken care of osu is going to wreck our shit. Got lucky today. Take advantage and get better next week.

OSU has also had games like this. I remember them struggling against UCF and UAB in a season when they went undefeated. My biggest concern is the QB situation. Speight looks absolutely broken and the other guys can't play otherwise they would have gotten a shot by now. It's year three of the Harbaugh era and we are still stuck with an average three star Borges QB at the helm.

you make some of the dumbest comments on this board. should change your name to chicken little. you are worried about a game 2 months from now, like nothing will change. sorry they didnt blow out cincy for you today so you could feel better about yourself.

Apparently, Drevno's a pretty good offensive line coach.

But I don't see much to be excited about with him as a play-caller.

So get his ass out of the booth, down on the field with his interior linemen, and let someone who knows what they're doing call plays.

Not sure why we're not using Isaac or Evans in the passing game...screens, wheel routes, dump offs. Both backs have very good hands and could flourish in space. Perhaps Harbaugh is saving quite a bit for when it gets interesting. Fickell looked lost.

That's exactly how I feel. I wish Michigan would have blown out Cincy by 60, but this is a wake up call. Better a wake up call this week then next or in a few weeks.

Coaching was interesting, but it's hard to question the defense except for the first drive in the second half. I'm not a genius, but the pressure seemed to be dialed back and just not so focused. We could go round and round on this play or that play, but coaching didn't cause a freshman to have a punt hit his ankle. If that play didn't happen the game would have been a blow out. My opinion, but up by 14 with no clouds on the horizon seemed to be a huge turning point.

First time I've started to question this coaching staff. plenty of teams put out better OL and QB play with worse recruits. Bad playcalling, no fire, team looked flat.

We thought Drevno was an OL guru. While his hands were tied somewhat with the personnel he inherited, I was expecting him to get more out of the players than he does. Play calling leaves a lot to be desired also. I don't know what to thimk about Speight. Still too many high throws; now handoff problems.

I think they can do a little better at getting the team up for a game like this. They make multi millions of dollars. I'm wondering if they completely ignored Cincinnati and worked on other teams this week?

Ya, this was odd because it seemed like TE crossing routes were open all game for at least 5 yards, and a lot more when a TE could outrun whoever was guarding them
