How in God's name is Nebraska ranked No. 10? Their signature win is beating 2-4 Oregon by 3 points. They struggled with Illinois, fer God's sake! This is a joke.

should be ahead though? They lost a relatively close game to Alabama who has murdered everyone else. They lost a relatively close game at FSU, who is not good as people assumed by still pretty good, as evidenced by their win over Miami this weekend.  You could argue putting them a few spots lower but you'd be splitting hairs about who to drop them behind.

That wisconsin v nebraska game is shaping up to be quite the matchup. Hope Nebraska can keep it honest, but I just do not see how they will be able to.

I really want to play Nebraska in the big ten title game but I'm not so sure they are deserving of their ranking. The Oregon win doesn't look so great anymore

Washington closed the gap some from last week.

This will all sort itself out, but the poll loses credibility with me when we beat a team 78-0 and the team below us creeps closer. And we've already had teams jumped over us twice this year.

That said, here's my CFP list (having looked at remaining schedules):

Alabama (toughest stretch schedule of the four, butthey are so good)

Clemson (cakewalk home)

Washington (They don't play Colorado. What has happened to the PAC 12?)

Michigan or OSU, whoever wins The Game. In the mean time, Go Wisconsin!

I was at the game where they demolished Stanford. They are legit and well-coached; they made very, very few mistakes during that game. Their QB, Jake Browning, is a lot like end of season Jake Rudock- not at all flashy, but extremely solid and an excellent decision maker. I saw one, just one, inadvisable pass from him.

One of my best friends is a huge UW fan; has been going to the games for 30+ years. It would be great to see a UW-M national championship game, but I'm pretty sure we couldn't watch it together.

A&M's spread is 7/NR.  So at least one person didn't rank A&M in the Top 25.

Tennessee's spread is 9/15.  So the person who didn't rank A&M ranked UT at least 10 spots in front of them.

I'm pretty sure "Hi/Lo" just represents their highest and lowest ranking of the year. It's not an indication of the spread of votes from the coaches. This is directly from the page:

"Hi/Low = The highest and lowest ranking each team has held during the designated season. Any team that starts the season unranked and/or falls out of the top 25 during the season will reflect a "NR" (not ranked) designation as its lowest rank"

I think part of the 78-0 score is because of the bye week. Will be basically impossible for anyone to pass us during our bye now.

Nice to have a coach who helps his team with national perception in ranking, heisman voting, and pro prospects.
