Ohio State Lands 2 More 5 Stars

As seen on reddit, Trevon Grimes, a 247 Composite 5 star WR, and Tyjon Lindsey, a 247 Composite 5 star WR, have commmitted to OSU. 

If it holds up, the 2016 Ohio State class will be a monster. 

Edit: I don't really mind the negs, but when I did a site search, the alleged previous post on this topic didn't show up. It's also not showing up under the new-recent-hot mgoboard categories. 

Edit 2: A mod says the previous thread was deleted earlier because it was poorly constructed (which also explains why I didn't find the thread). Per LSAClassOf2000

It was a thread jack and a barely even a byline in the recruiting update. Or at least the first one was deleted and the only things left are a thread jack and a byline.

Can you count on 1 hand how many 5 star recruits actually make it to the NFL and were successful? 

Let alone has Ohio State ever been known for producing consistant NFL Talent WR's..... So there is little to worry about there. 

Plus let them have all their 5 stars, it will just be that much sweeter when Michigan beats them.

Now it's time to get back to the Yost, Bo, Carr Era's of kicking Ohio States ass with Harbaugh!

I feel sorry for you. There was almost nothing to show that there was an earlier post, which was deleted by the moderators. That's not your fault. There is a very obscure one line link at the end of the front page recruiting thread, but no one can be expected to figure that out.

The mods really should have edited the title and locked the original thread if they had such a problem with the earlier post. OSU is our greatest rival. As such, a post about their signing 2 5-star guys is definitely relevant. Maybe the mods are abusing their power? Who knows . . . I may be on my way to Bolivia shortly.

In retrospect, I probably should have done that, mostly because I inadvertantly set a much more well-meaning one up for failure, and that's on me. I own it.

As for abuse of power, hopefully it doesn't come across as such - considering this is gratis work, it's kind of hard to find the motivation to abuse it.

with a top 5 class over Urban with the top class any day of the week, and twice on gameday.

Urban has a nice little spread system that will be figured out by Harbaugh and company...will he adjust or run away with "heart problems" like he fled Saban?

Harbaugh can win with his, he can win with yours.  He's a football savant that is not tied to any system. 

If Harbaugh could take lowly Stanford to the level of beating 5* USC, I think he'll do just fine at Michigan with top 5 classes.

Because OSU, but don't take it personally. Also, recruits should stop committing to OSU until after we beat OSU and MSU. It's best to have all the pertinent information before making a life altering decision.

Good for them...those two kids can both play. Meyer is cleaning up. But at some point, you still have to just line up across from the guy in front of you and play football.

We'll get our two in Collins and DPJ, no worries.
