Allegedly Herman is the guy that told McMurphy about Zach's 2009 arrest that previously had gone unreported. Herman was (again allegedly) mad about losing a recruiting battle to OSU.

Thanks for posting. I was about to ask the question as well as to what precipitated this all of the sudden. Need the beginning of the story to understand it a little better.
