It would be cool to have these updates once a week for all our commits. Would be a lot of work though.

Magnus generally tries to update his site with commit updates & stats http://touch-the-banner.com under the message board/forum section.

I was thinking the same thing. Hinton plays tonight. I’m going to try and compile when I can, I really like these kind of updates.
August 17th, 2018 at 2:02 PM ^
The blog actually used to do this, back when Brian cared about it.
August 17th, 2018 at 4:56 PM ^
Having a child takes much time from things once used to do.
August 17th, 2018 at 2:02 PM ^
I miss The Creeper Van Originals.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:01 PM ^
Kid can run. Will contribute right away as rb.
No way a viper
August 17th, 2018 at 2:18 PM ^
We seem to have enough vipers on board now and in the pipeline.
August 17th, 2018 at 4:26 PM ^
Just a FYI he is one of the best Defensive recruits here in Southern California, never know
August 17th, 2018 at 1:02 PM ^
Good game... "par" for the course?
August 17th, 2018 at 1:03 PM ^
So there were 14 carries where he did not score a touchdown?
Do not want.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:47 PM ^
Slacker!
August 17th, 2018 at 1:08 PM ^
#1 overall player Kayvon Thibedeaux fished the day with as many sacks as Charbonnet.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:15 PM ^
Is this in Quebec or California?
August 17th, 2018 at 1:32 PM ^
He has crazy athleticism if he was fishing all day and still had a sack!!
Go Blue!!
August 17th, 2018 at 1:09 PM ^
0 chance he plays Viper.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:22 PM ^
I'm gonna one up you and say less than 0 chance.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:44 PM ^
Our Vipers have always been around the 5'11 6' and 200-215 lb range. This kid is already much larger than that lol
August 17th, 2018 at 2:28 PM ^
You mean both of them?
August 17th, 2018 at 3:31 PM ^
And their backups, yes.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:14 PM ^
Definitely not a Viper. Definitely a running back, and what appears to be a darn good one.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:17 PM ^
That’s quite a parformamce!
August 17th, 2018 at 1:21 PM ^
He'll be in the mix for #1 RB the day he sets foot on campus.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:23 PM ^
Probably not gonna waste any time on defense.. He could easily get 10 carries a game when he comes in as a Frosh lol
August 17th, 2018 at 1:23 PM ^
He's as much of a viper as Zach Harrison is a QB!!
Go Blue!!
August 17th, 2018 at 7:03 PM ^
Bold prediction Harrison at qb. Let the meritocracy reign.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:31 PM ^
He looks huge. Very elusive for his size.
The other team looked to have a very over-matched front 7. He had a ton of free space to run through.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:35 PM ^
I'm so excited for this kid to put on the Maize and Blue uniform, but he better get those unsportsmanlike penalties out of the way before he gets here.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:45 PM ^
Brought back a random memory: Last year Grant Perry got one vs Florida for spinning the ball on the turf after a big catch. He proceeded to do that 1-2 more times throughout the game and so did Eubanks if I remember correctly, but they only called it the one initial time.
August 17th, 2018 at 4:05 PM ^
Meanwhile, that ball spinning thing happens in almost every CFB game and is almost never called. I'm guessing they called it on Perry because it happened right in front of the ref.

Mazi Smith future Punter!
August 17th, 2018 at 1:26 PM ^
Can't wait to see him and Gray thunder and lightning, NEXT SEASON!
August 17th, 2018 at 1:32 PM ^
thanks for posting. Field level camera, urg. The ol' showboating slow-up before the goal line unsportsmanlike penalty. That's not going to fly, but he's young. Im sure he'll learn. Actually on his second long run and just dropped the ball in the end zone. So improvement!
Edit: Hmmm. Was in reply to the youtube link post. not sure what happened.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:31 PM ^
Viper..... Um no
August 17th, 2018 at 1:32 PM ^
TDs were 5yds, 52yds, and 59yds!
LA Times article with a few highlights (inc 52yd TD and some taunting at the end)
August 17th, 2018 at 1:32 PM ^
Great performance! If this keeps up he'll be a 5-star.
Could do without the taunting, but averaging better than 10ypc against Chaminade is bound to get any HS Senior pretty pumped.
August 17th, 2018 at 2:04 PM ^
No. No 5 star running backs please. No thank you.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:32 PM ^
He failed to score a touchdown on 83% of his runs. Loser...
August 17th, 2018 at 1:33 PM ^
The ‘19 RBs combined HS stats are so crazy. Glad to see that trend continue.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:43 PM ^
As long as he's not a 5*, I'm ok with it. Our latest string of highly-rated RBs have... not worked out.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:46 PM ^
I don't think he will be a composite 5 star when its all said and done, but I'd bet that he is a 5 star on at least one of the major services. He is already up to #40 overall on 247.
He'll be a very high 4 star, which is perfect for us.
August 17th, 2018 at 3:00 PM ^
If he keeps up these performances, that composite rank will move up. Already its dreadfully close to 5* territory at #40. He could well end up a 5*'er.
August 17th, 2018 at 3:29 PM ^
Nothing to fear. This kid is going to be a 5* and will play like one in college...he's the real deal...may be the #1 back in his National class. The "taunting" looked like a cheap call-unless he said something egregious.
August 17th, 2018 at 1:49 PM ^
Can you insert tweets?
Brandon Brown from Rivals has one on on Tyrece Woods, from a scrimmage against Canton. He played limited snaps, but was in the backfield constantly and had multiple TFL's, forced a fumble. Limited video as well, and the kid looks like he has a sudden first step.
August 17th, 2018 at 3:33 PM ^
The fan consternation about Woods' low rating is unfounded. The kid can play. He plays his assignment very well. When he is asked to fire off at the snap he is lightning quick...otherwise he plays his gap assignment very well and reacts accordingly.

"Future viper! You heard here first"
You should see a physician immediately—these kinds of cognitive issues can be a sign of serious health issues.

Jeez, am I the only one who read the Viper comment as obvious sarcasm?
