But in the nfl he's even better because he doesn't have a couple morans (sic) coaching him.

He be raging.

2 days 14 hours ago I'd just have the surgery

Relatively painless as far as operations go. I see bunches of them. Some sedation, small incision, release, on your way. I just do the anesthesia though. I guess the important thing with anything medical is ymmv. Some figure it fixes everything, others, not so much.

1 week 1 day ago never watched house

Watched it so little I needed to say it twice.

1 week 1 day ago pretty benign

I would have said it was pretty benign for surgery. Definitely a lot of worse things can be seen in the o.r.

1 week 1 day ago never watched house

But like I say, It happens more than I would have ever thought. I had always thought it was basically due to crush injuries or infection. Turns out that's not always the case.

1 week 1 day ago fasciotomy

Looks like he got himself a compartment syndrome and needed a fasciotomy. Could be wrong, but I'd be surprised. It happens.

1 week 2 days ago hand

I think it's a pipe dream that he will come here. I think he's 90+% VT.

1 week 6 days ago I wondered about that.

In the ccha it was uno as well. Not nuo. I'm surprised they say it, what seems to me, backwards. Most universities are either U of (State) or (State) State U. Directional or modified like e.g. central or southern use Modifier State U, named or area (other than state reference) use Name University.

Basically I'm saying Nebraska University at Lincoln sounds odd. It should be University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Or just University of Nebraska if it is the main campus.

2 weeks 3 hours ago hand

I see him at vt. I think it would be a good idea to try hard for Marshall.

2 weeks 18 hours ago 3k mg/day is a little low

Rule of thumb is 4k mg/day, or 75mg/kg/day, whichever is less. For acetaminophen.

I had my septum done and tonsils taken out when I was 30 and I ate my 5/500 vicodin like candy for a couple days.
However.
Pharmacology is what I do on a daily basis. I have a better grasp on surgical meds than most people.

I do have to say as well, I gave up taking the vicodin and just drank my magic mouthwash instead. My nose was nothing compared to my tonsils for pain.

3 weeks 13 hours ago This

This picture always makes me happy. Aliens dude is funny.

3 weeks 17 hours ago doubt

I have serious doubt that the basketball program has paid for all the construction with one run to the championship.
I agree the championship game was great and all, but the ncaa keeps all the tourney money and distributes it as they see fit. I doubt the bb program has made $200M in two years.

3 weeks 5 days ago lions

They need safe picks unless they can figure out how to sign good fa's. They need to stay away from honey badger.

3 weeks 6 days ago harvest prep

is a bunch of cheating assholes run by a nondenominational "pastor" about whom there have been many rumors odd spousal abuse. And dude was arrested for running around in a trench coat flashing women for years. Their athletic program was doing everything they possibly could that was underhanded and unfair. Recruiting players from other states and giving jocks passing grades whether they showed for class or anything else.

They were worse than the Auburn of high schools in their cheating ways. The state caught up with them. From an article about the investigation of harvest prep "The investigation paints the Harvest Prep administration and coaches as having a rogue mentality in ignoring OHSAA rules."

I feel less than no sympathy.

4 weeks 10 hours ago obviously

someone did not check the link.

4 weeks 10 hours ago Wow

is that racist!

6 weeks 4 days ago this

Spending a lot of time in an orthopedic surgery center, I can tell you that the only safe thing to do is just sit in your chair and watch tv. Make sure you don't have to reach for your beer our remote. Better have a catheter too, do you don't have to get up.

6 weeks 5 days ago osu

Living in Columbus has given me real hate for osu (the fans, actually. Don't care about the school other than their fans deserve pain) but, cumong, man. They came from 20 down to lose by 4. They had a real chance to win that game. You're fooling yourself if you want to say they didn't have a chance.

9 weeks 3 days ago Delaware

I'd agree with living in Delaware. Nice little rustic downtown, 1/2 hour from downtown Columbus. Especially nice if you are working north of Columbus. Traffic getting out of town is brutal. Particularly to the north. Or east.

9 weeks 3 days ago would agree with most of this

However.
I would say Cinci is far and away better. I lived there for 2 1/2 years (commuted home on weekends as my daughter was born in the middle of school) and it was nicer.

I noted on another thread earlier Columbus is still a giant college town. It is VERY NOT cosmopolitan. But there is a lot to do here as I think they spend most of the state budget here.

9 weeks 3 days ago I wouldn't say it's a great city, but

It is a nice city. I liked Cinci better, when I was there for school, to tell you the truth. But Columbus spends tons of state money on itself and there are many thing to do here. As long as you like going to bed when it's dark out. It is VERY NOT cosmopolitan and is still very much an overgrown small town. In large part, I blame Ohio State for a lot of things as people here seem to want this to be a little college town and it isn't (actually is but shouldn't be).

11 weeks 2 days ago I'll take exception with your beginning.

Calmness under pressure can completely be learned. 10000 hours makes an expert. Any operational specialist. If you put in your time doing something, you'll be an expert. You may not have the talent someone else has, but you'll have the knowledge. The knowledge will give you the calmness.

Nice, mild fillet, with some butter, garlic, season salt and dill. Baked until cooked, broiled until slightly browned. Ate mine, then when the wife said she wasn't feeling well, are hers too.

13 weeks 2 days ago recruiting video

There was a video of him posted in one of the recruiting roundups, if people reading didn't see it. Impressive speed for someone of his size. He frequently outran just about everyone on the field. Should be a great fb, w would probably make a great dt.

13 weeks 6 days ago whaaa?

Who's being hard on him?

14 weeks 9 hours ago exactly

It's great to have someone who stands there and did what homer did. But I'd rather have a team of guys who drive to the net hard and are willing to get the "dirty"goals. I'd rather see 3 dirty goals on 20 shots than one goal or get shut out on 40 shots. Ideally, you would see some of both, a couple skill players and a grinder maybe instead of just a puck deflector. But that's not the way most of the Wings work. And the third and fourth lines, whose job it is to do this, if you want to go by skill vs. grinder type, hadn't done at all this year. Think back to The Grind Line, and they probably got 40 goals a year collectively doing that.

14 weeks 11 hours ago net front presence

I think the issue for years has been the Wings style of play. For years, the offense has been Lidstrom from the point and Homer deflecting shots, gathering rebounds, and passing the puck. They do NOT go aggressively to the net and haven't in years. Many Goals come from crashing the net and getting traffic. The Wings haven't done that a whole lot in the Lidstrom years. Maybe they will more without him and Homer.
