Top 5 all time beloved Eagles player and author of the most impt play in franchise history.

Glad he gets to do a farewell season for the team.

Got me thinking about how many UM players are in a similar pantheon for their franchises

Brady- Pats

Woodson-Raiders

sure there are others but can’t think of them at the moment.

When he was a freshman:

 - Bo passed away

 - Mike Hart carried the rock

 - Chad Henne was our QB

- Mario Manningham and Stevie Breaston caught his passes

 - David Harris was his MLB
 - He play behind LaMarr Woodley

Yep, he’s been playing awhile.

Damn, saw "Winston" and thought "Jameis?"

Dantonio definitely had some wrong ideas about player suspensions. I can't remember the guy's name, but he was arrested, was in jail, released, and played that Saturday. A safety. On the tip of my tongue, I bitched about it a TON when it happened (not here).

For the life of me I can't find the story (and sadly, there's a LOT of Google results), but it may have been Chris Rucker.

If you don't follow the link, just enjoy this quote, which, 14 years later, still made my head shake: "Zero tolerance does not mean automatic dismissal," the coach said. "To some critics, it might be seen as a low-percentage call or the wrong decision," Dantonio said. "It is neither. To me, our coaches, and our entire team -- the men in the arena -- it was the right call for the right reasons."

Good for him.

I read that early signs in his pro career suggested he would be a bust. It's impressive that he persevered.

Go, Graham! Go, Blue!

Legend that played in a rough era for UM football.

Great pro, many accolades, a Super Bowl victory. Hope he stays healthy and goes out on his own terms.

Really happy for him. The guy was a monster on some bad Michigan defenses. I remember it being a regular occurrence for Graham to be torching people and the rest of the defense would just be completely non-descript. Every 2009 game was like this UFR or this one.

He was basically Hutchinson or Mason Graham but with a quarter of the supporting cast

Ok. I went to the UM @ iowa game in 2009. Graham was the best player on the field. Destroyed the iowa 1st round LT. Tate got hurt  Denard threw a bad late INT. Mich should have won. All that said, Graham was the best player on the field that day.

It was easy to track where Brandon was on the field during a Michigan game.  The big, fast guy that was gaining on the ball carrier while the other team was running away from him.
