Excuse-making whiner. Obviously followed the lead of his head coach. I'm shocked at his instant success, since he wasn't a captain and he obviously was not a leader.

He is the antithesis of a Michigan Man. We never hear any Michigan players giving excuses; only accepting accountability.

We'll see how he handles adversity and pressure. He's still enjoying his immediate and somewhat surprising NFL success. He just suffered a concussion. What happens after his next one?

This take seems unnecessarily harsh. He was a kid making those statements, and he’ll mature (he already has, it seems). And his success shouldn’t be too surprising, given his accuracy and touch. I join others in proclaiming that Stroud’s success reflects very well on Michigan’s defense.
