Well, I figure we've got about an hour before things really get serious, so here we go.

Someone else can post tonight's schedule.

I missed the afternoon thread, so...

Season finale against OSU looks more and more horrific.

LOL at MSU as the highest-ranked one-loss team in Coaches Poll.

Go Irish tonight, because other than Michigan getting in (a ship that sailed over a month ago, if not four years ago), nothing would piss State fans off more than when Notre Dame makes the Playoff and they don't.

Oh, and Go 'Cats because Fuck Nebraska.

did anybody see the end of the Cal UCLA game? I was following on game cast with Cal down 2 points at the UCLA 2 yard line and 47 seconds left. next thing I know the game is over, and cal didn't score. what happened?

I'm rooting for ND, and for some reason I think they will win.  I'm rooting for Tenn. just because.  I think they have the athletes to keep it close but will come up short.  I have Nebraska in the the final game and will be rooting for them.  I just like Pelini now after he embraced the cat pic by bringing cat out on the field with him.  I know it is a dumb reason, but that is all I have at this point.

I will be drinking Apothic Red wine during games, and have some Founders Breakfast Stout ready if the FSU-ND game gets interesting.

Posting this here as well as the afternoon thread because LOOK AT IT

In four games today, average points per team (so far) is 36.5 (!?!?).

Michigan is averaging 20.2 per game overall and 17.3 in three B1G games.

Your 8 PM and beyond games games -

Florida State / Notre Dame - ABC

Washington / Oregon - Fox Sports 1

Iowa State / Texas - Longhorn Network

Nevada / BYU - ESPN2 (10:15 PM Eastern)

Stanford / Arizona State - ESPN (10:30 PM Eastern)

Hawaii / San Diego State - CBS Sports (10:30 PM Eastern)

That last one has huge playoff implications in an alternate timeline.

and I don't want mark stoops coaching here. He lost in triple OT to a bad florida team, and beat a south Carolina team that was unranked and really gave that game away.

I don't get the masturbatory overtones with this guy. He's 7-11 thus far in his career. Let's pump the brakes, and not our wieners, over this guy.

Rooting for FSU because ... because I can't root for ND under any circumstances.

Interested in the Washington / Oregon game.  Records are even ... are teams?  We'll see.

Keeping an eye on the Florida / Missouri game.

F ASS U beats ND. At the end the season, Jamius Winston is found guilty of the autograph scandal. Florida State has to forfeit all the games but by then it's too late for notre dame to play in the championship picture.

There's a parallel, for sure.

I have a buddy who's a big Florida fan.  He's in a world of hurt over the Gators.  I gently remind him that bad as it may be in Gainesville, it could be worse ... like what's going on up in Ann Arbor.
