I just happend to have the game on in the background when McGary made the the move. I literally jumped up of the couch when I saw it. I'm glad he is doing so well, but part of me still feels like we were cheated by only getting a short run with Mitch. That probably is just sour grapes but he really is playing well in limited time.

It is pretty available in Grand Rapids. I picked a couple of bottles up at D&W in Rockford. They actually had it on tap at Bostwick Inn Restaurant for a while. The DogFish Head Burton Baton is what seems to be tricky to find even though it is supposed to be more available.
Edit: It was actually the 90 minute that they had on tap at Bostwick.

Dogfish Head 120 IPA - This is pretty much as good as it gets. It is a good thing I have the day off tomorrow.

I don't disagree with you at all. I would argue he probably gave more than he got. However, you can't let the kid use your facilities when he will be trying to destroy you next season. If Oregon wasn't on the schedule I would argue this is sour grapes, but when they are the opponent it is different. I genuinely feel bad for the kid because I would do exactly what he is doing if I was in his situation, but I can't fault the coach for restricting his access to the team and facilities since he is now the opponent.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||I'm a little sympathetic to||
I'm a little sympathetic to the Eastern Washington coach because their first game is Oregon next season. You can't let the kid use your facilities in an effort to get better when he is playing against you in your first game next year. I agree with most of the comments that the NCAA is a joke as a whole, but the circumstances involving Eastern Washington are kind of unique.
|2 weeks 3 days ago||This is an interesting||
This is an interesting discussion. My wife and I both have JD's and are relatively successful. The only debt we have left is my wife's law school loan and our house. We woudln't have been able to do those things without our degrees. That being said, we both went to State Institutions for undergrad and avoided having much debt that wasn't from grad school. My brother went to Hope College which is a fine school but he accumulated over 100000 in undergrad debt as a Biology major. He is making a living but I'm sure he could have gone somewhere else and saved a fortune and been no worse off.
My daughter is 6 and I'm already starting to plan things out for her. I would love to see her graduate from undergrad with no debt. I envision myself steering her to a local public school as opposed to somewhere else because I just don't think there is a cost benfeit to the other alternatives. I just can't imagine having tens of thousands of dollars of debt from undergrad unless I was certain I would be employable at a certain wage. Currently, it just seems like so many college kids are what I would call underemployed and have enormous debt to go with it.
|2 weeks 3 days ago||I'll have whatever Edwards is||
I'll have whatever Edwards is having. He is really drinking the Kool-Aid. I wouldn't be surprised if we have good season next year but the non-league schedule is tough. I think the team will get better as year goes on but, the Rose Bowl seems a little far fetched. I hope I'm wrong though.
|2 weeks 4 days ago||I have a feeling about||
I have a feeling about Malzone. He just seems like one of those kids that was born to play QB. I'm not sure how his physical tools stack up, but he just has the look for what it is worth. Gentry looks like a boom or bust kid. I wouldn't at all be surprised if he was the first pick in the NFL someday with his measurables. I'm really confident Harbaugh will coach up the kids and eventually we will be very sound at the position.
|2 weeks 4 days ago||I genuinely believe people||
I genuinely believe people overanalyze things, but I can't imagine why he would wear that shirt. If he is planniing on sticking with OSU he is making things very tough on himself. The fans are going to jump all over him even though it may just be a workout shirt. I can't imagine any Michigan fans would be excited if their commits were working out in OSU gear.
|3 weeks 2 days ago||Honestly, we have a staff||
Honestly, we have a staff that has more NFL experience than just about anyone if the country. I don't think we will have a problem selling that at all. If I was a top recruit and my goals were my education and getting to the NFL, Michigan would be at the top of my list. I honestly can't think of another univeristy that can combine those two things as well as Michigan. We aren't going to have a problem recruiting kids in the future. I have no doubts we will have Top 10ish classes going foward. Recruiting has never been our problem.
|4 weeks 3 days ago||This excites me more than||
This excites me more than recruiting. The idea that some of our guys will reach their potential or exceed it is why I think we will be world beaters going forward. Harbaugh will recruit at a level he has never been able to recruit at before. Then he will coach them up, and we will be a problem for just about anybody.
|7 weeks 6 days ago||The non-league schedule||
The non-league schedule really worries me. Utah, BYU, and Oregon State are a problem. I think we will be 2-2 in non-league and end up 7-5 or 8-4.
|8 weeks 3 days ago||It's my birthday, and I'm||
It's my birthday, and I'm drinking everything. Today was the best present ever. Jim Harbaugh was my favorite player growing up. The first game I ever remember watching was when they beat the Buckeyes in 1986 when I was 9 years old. Today was a great day.
|8 weeks 4 days ago||Suh's play has been so good||
Suh's play has been so good on the field this year, but that was just flat out stupid. I can't even defend him. Especially, after the Lions center was suspended just the week before for a similar act. Suh probably just played his last game in a Lions uniform as well. Cowboys will probably run wild on Detroit now. Oh well, I still riding the Harbaugh wave of happiness and will be for the forseeable future.
|10 weeks 2 days ago||I think he will will catch a||
I think he will will catch a lot of criticism whether it is fair or not. If he would have said no from the get go, people would have understood. This has drug out so long that if he turns down job, a lot of people are going to go bonkers. I'm not saying it is fair or unfair, just that he may end up being the villain to the majority.
|11 weeks 3 days ago||I enjoy getting presents for||
I enjoy getting presents for the kids more than anything. I purchased the Millenium Falcon lego set for my nephew. He is going to lose his mind when he sees it. It is over 1200 pieces and guaranteed to cause my brother great pain as he will have to put it together on Christmas morning.
Secretly, I'm looking forward to playing with it as well.
|11 weeks 5 days ago||I like Mora but am surpirsed||
I like Mora but am surpirsed that he would be interested in job being a West Coast guy. I hope his name isn't just wild speculation. I'm worried Harbaugh drags this out and then decides to stay in NFL, Mullen signs an extension and we end up with someone like Schiano.
There is no reason for us not to end up with a great coach. All the other jobs other than OSU have been filled and we are literally competing with no one. All viable candidates are still in play

Hard to say, but the rumor was the Browns were close to getting him last year and the reported offer was two 3rd round picks
|11 weeks 5 days ago||Does anyone think the Oakland||
Does anyone think the Oakland job may look more appealing to him after today? They have Derek Carr and a high draft pick coming, and I'm assuming they would give him total control over personnel.
I don't really believe anything I just typed, but I want to prepare myself mentally in case Coach Harbaugh doesn't find his way back to Ann Arbor.

2 Dogfish head 90 min IPA. I'm done drinking until the 15th now. Grand Rapids has the Midwest Regional Cyclocross Championships next weekend. and I don't want to totally get embarrassed.

This may be the most interesting information in regard to the coaching search that I've read in days. Information drives those lines. It makes me wonder if someone knows something. At least I'm going to tell myself that.

Mullen has been my favorite non-Harbaugh hire since Day 1. I would be gushing with excitement if he was the hire.
|12 weeks 2 days ago||I always thought it was a||
I always thought it was a long shot, but I was starting to believe Harbaugh might actually take the job. It will be an interesting next couple of weeks either way.
|12 weeks 2 days ago||I voted Mullen, but if it is||
I voted Mullen, but if it is someone other than Harbaugh, Mullen or Miles I'm going to be disappointed unless it is some super surprise like Chip Kelly or something equally crazy.
|12 weeks 3 days ago||Interesting, but too much of||
Interesting, but too much of a risk. I do find it impressive that he was associate head coach and recruiting coordinator for Meyer at Florida. A guy like this probably has to go to Cinci or somewhere like that before getting a Power 5 Conference job.

Red Wine...Sadly I've been drinking so much I've been buying it in a box. Football season was rough but happy times are ahead
|12 weeks 3 days ago||If you aren't getting||
If you aren't getting Harbaugh, and Miles is out because he has burnt too many bridges then you better give Mullen the full court press to be the next coach. I
Prior to his hiring at Mississippi State, Mullen served as offensive coordinator at the University of Florida and was also alongside Urban Meyer at Utah, where he was quarterback coach of the Utes during their undefeated 2004 season. He developed quarterback Alex Smith into the number 1 overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft. After Urban Meyer left to take the head coaching position at Florida, Mullen served as the interim offensive coordinator during Utah's Fiesta Bowl victory over Pitt. During his tenure at Utah, he also recruited and partially developed Brian Johnson, QB who led Utah to 13–0 and Sugar Bowl victory in 2009. He also served as quarterback coach under Meyer at Bowling Green in 2001–02.
Mullen better get a call from our AD

Lewis was amazing this year. He was the one guy in the secondary that always showed up. I'm excited he will be back next year.
|12 weeks 5 days ago||Rivalry games are always||
Rivalry games are always weird. I honestly thought Mullen was a viable candidate 3 years ago when Rich Rod was let go. That MSU team won 9 games and totally embarrassed us. There aren't many worse jobs than MSU in the SEC (Vanderbilt and Kentucky) and he has been quite successful. He is could be the next Urban Meyer which may make him more or less viable as a candidate in the boards eyes. I would kill to have Meyer as a head coach personally despite the fact I'm sure it isn't a popular opinion.
