Yoder "content" has been banned for probably 5 years or more, along with a handful of other questionable sources. It's all listed either by Brian in the FAQ section and/or listed and updated regularly by Seth at the top of each and every Moderator Sticky thread.

The  MGoBlog "No Yoder" policy was here for at least a few years prior to the 2019 U of M Athletics official letter that clearly states YODER HAS NEVER HAD, NOR WILL HE EVER HAVE, U of M Media Credentials.

As Seth once again stated this morning, it's the responsibility of all who post to be knowledgeable about board policy.  Seth, LSA, and/or I post reminders whenever the situation arises.

A chance to prove you're healthy, show real production with an established quarterback (?), and get a little NIL cash seems a lot more appealing than a ton of draft uncertainty with a likely practice squad outcome.

Still devasting for Bell, and I feel terrible for him, but it's also a bit of a blessing that this happened so early in the year -- if all goes well, he can definitely be full speed to start next season.

His only shot at the league now will probably be as an undrafted free agent. Fortunately, he'll leave college with a master's degree.

The whole "professional in something other than sports" line became sort of cliche thanks to that NCAA marketing campaign, but it really is true. I believe Ronnie is set up for success in life thanks to his time at Michigan, regardless of whether he makes the league. Hopefully he has no regrets.

Between that drop against PSU and this, he just can’t catch a break.

I hope the universe makes it up to him by having him catch the game winning TD from McCarthy next year, in Columbus, in triple coverage, on a 65 yard Hail Mary as time expires, causing 105,000 OSU fans to all collectively ball their eyes out as Michigan goes to Indy.

The try-to-feel-better-about-it quotes from the DetNews article:

“Fortunately everything is surgically repairable,” Harbaugh said.

“Bell will very much be part of the team in meetings and on the sideline,” Harbaugh said.

Too bad, Ronnie was off to a great start to what would have been a great season!  I hope the surgery and rehab goes well and he is ready for a big 2022 season!
