Jordan Poole
Jordan Poole is shooting 27.8% FG and 26.5% from 3.
The worst career shooting % in NBA history is 27.1 Charles Barkley shot 26.6% from 3.
He is on pace for the single worst shooting (high volume) season in the history of the NBA.
Wow.
January 24th, 2020 at 2:49 PM ^
And he still made the right choice
January 24th, 2020 at 2:54 PM ^
Well said!
January 25th, 2020 at 12:02 AM ^
About as informative as OP’s shitty title ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
January 24th, 2020 at 2:50 PM ^
His NBA career is already a success. If he can manage to get a second NBA contract, its even better.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:24 PM ^
I wouldn't call it a success, but it's not a complete failure either. Somewhere in the middle.
January 24th, 2020 at 5:56 PM ^
He's getting paid $2M to play basketball this year. That's success.
January 24th, 2020 at 7:25 PM ^
Was Dave Brandon's career as Michigan's AD a success because of his paychecks?
January 24th, 2020 at 8:53 PM ^
It was a success for him.
January 25th, 2020 at 12:19 PM ^
No, but CEOs who can A) jump from one high-paying job to the next...or...B) touch down gently w/ a golden parachute...are not, absolutely not, valid analogies.
If a college player is faced with risking jobs in cubicle farms for the rest of life (no draft improvement, injury, etc), OR, first making $2MM guaranteed and then risking jobs in cubicle farms for the rest of life, then that player's NBA paychecks absolutely do make it a successful career choice.
How long would $2MM last in the regular career life? A long fricking time, and it's not even close.
January 24th, 2020 at 2:50 PM ^
Let it go, man.
January 24th, 2020 at 2:51 PM ^
OP with a terrible title and repost of something we saw two or three days ago.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:22 PM ^
^ THIS ^
January 25th, 2020 at 8:22 AM ^
AND it’s using data from mostly before they sent him down to the G League for a few games. He’s been playing loads better since coming back up.
January 24th, 2020 at 2:53 PM ^
This is a bad post and you should feel bad for posting it.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:06 PM ^
I feel bad for reading it
January 24th, 2020 at 2:55 PM ^
Well it's good he left then isn't it? Think we're all set for guys who can't shoot a basketball
January 24th, 2020 at 2:56 PM ^
Seems like an endless stream of shitposting lately.
January 24th, 2020 at 2:56 PM ^
He signed a 2 year/$4mil contract (with options for the next 2 seasons worth another $7mil). Still a better value than returning for another year.
It's like expecting an EECS major to turn down their dream Silicon Valley job junior year just bc they haven't graduated yet.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:01 PM ^
That's a lot more money than most people make in an entire lifetime.
Good for him.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:04 PM ^
A weekend hookers and blow tab for the banker crowd but ya that is a nice payday
January 24th, 2020 at 3:10 PM ^
I am a banker and that sounds nothing like my crowd or my weekend!
I must work for the wrong employer!
January 24th, 2020 at 3:29 PM ^
I worked for Raj on the Galleon desk in the late 90’s, before the insider trading debacle. This behavior was the endorsed lifestyle by at least half the traders. Killer times.

January 24th, 2020 at 11:32 PM ^
I know him very well. Homeboy basically hired me and changed my life.
You must live in the nice part of town.

Never forget.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:51 PM ^
I can at least sort of understand it on the posts where people are racing to break news and be the first to post something. But when you just want to whine about some former player and their performance in the pros days after this topic was thoroughly discussed:
1. Don’t post it
2. If you just can’t resist don’t bugger the title
3. But really, don’t.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:01 PM ^
So I assume Shea Patterson hasn't done anything today, hence we gotta beat on someone else who had the temerity to do something a bunch of fans online disagreed with.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:20 PM ^
When’s the next thread for bashing Rashan Gary scheduled? Gotta make sure everyone knows he’s an over rated bust.
January 24th, 2020 at 7:12 PM ^
Temerity. Nice word. +1
January 24th, 2020 at 3:04 PM ^
for fuck’s sake how many times does this need to be discussed and how many of you precious, unique snowflakes need to say exactly the same fucking things about the same fucking topics? fuck off op

January 24th, 2020 at 11:27 PM ^
On his present pace, Iggy's gonna collect $40k/point. Not too shabby.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:10 PM ^
Wow. Another shit post title. Excellent.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:18 PM ^
This shit post is worse than his shooting percentage.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:20 PM ^
Iggy Brazdeikis
January 24th, 2020 at 3:21 PM ^
Perhaps too much swag
January 24th, 2020 at 3:23 PM ^
And yet his shooting percentage is still better than the title of this dumb fucking post
January 24th, 2020 at 3:26 PM ^
I thought this thread was going to be about Charlie Matthews
January 24th, 2020 at 7:20 PM ^
Yeah. I heard he had a kid. Good for him.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:28 PM ^
He hit that shot for the win in the tournament so I don’t care if he didn’t come back. Good luck to him he will be fine
January 24th, 2020 at 3:49 PM ^
I think that was Livers.
January 24th, 2020 at 3:36 PM ^
We already knew this.
He'll be fine.
