When Michigan wins Saturday it should be reposted and we can only get Muppets if it surpasses $110k.

09/13/2018 - 10:11am I think it would make sense…

I think it would make sense that both Hudson and Mayfield would slowly be integrated to have more snaps. Vs. SMU maybe that means a 50-50 split. Maybe that stays vs. Nebraska and if all goes well they take those spots over with Mayfield staying at LT and Hudson at RT.

I think if that is the case, it is still better for all players involved and doesn't have Runyan in a bad spot because he was yanked during a game, or after ND. (If that makes sense).

Hartbarger injury will help MSU. Fewer punts, more going for it. Watch this bite us in the ass.

I don't know that there are any.

Typically, the good rookies have been taken. Although it may be worth considering Sony Michel or Nick Chubb if they are available in deeper leagues, especially with the injury to Jeremy Hill of the Patriots.

Generally speaking, avoid TEs and WRs as they tend to take a while to develop. If you look at top WRs from their rookie years, you are better off grabbing them in say weeks 6-10 when they are rounding in to form. Otherwise they may be a wasted spot.

TE is even worse for rookies. Hayden Hurst is hurt, Mark Andrews is also a Raven and didn't do much yesterday in a blowout. Mike Gesicki is the most highly-rated but put up a dud - which again is very common for TEs in their first year.

Great. Another season of beating up and okay and poor teams and losing when it counts. Football makes me so miserable I don’t know why I invest so much time. For the first time since the 0-2 start in 2007 I’m thinking about doing something else during the game.

RPO to get a feel for the defense. They will want to see where the pressure is coming from, how ND lines up against Shea, etc. I imagine it will end up being a QB keeper, last second handoff or dump off that goes for a few yards.

Would love to go. Haven’t been to a game with my dad in about 15 years when he bought us a mini pack. First game we saw with that pack was the opener between Henne and Roethlesberger. Prior to that we used my grandpa’s season tickets but sadly they have not been renewed. Wish the family still did the tailgates and made a routine of the games.

Let's beat them in November. They might lose a lot but will probably be a tournament team. Let's get that early win.

05/03/2018 - 1:25pm If...

If the scouts are to be believed and Hurst does have a condition that makes him more likely to die on the field, wouldn't that also mean he could die doing anything strenous like yard work, running on a treadmill or playing basketball with his kids when he is 30?  Can't imagine sitting around and doing nothing for the rest of your life is any life or that is good on the rest of the body. So I'm going to stick with my gut that Hurst, and the doctors got it right.

04/18/2018 - 1:12pm good point

I always understood that you had 5 years to exhaust your eligibilty. Six if you have a significant injury or rare circumstance.

He redshirted in 2013

Played in 2014, 2015, 2016 and off the team in 2017.

They may need to spin this to get him back unless I'm misinterpreting the rule.

04/12/2018 - 12:55pm I'm a noted

I'm a noted Michigan State graduate, lifelong Michigan fan and long-time board member. I'm glad we can discuss these things. This issue is specifically frustrating for me on a number of levels.

First, I attended MSU while the Nasser situation took place. I knew many male and female athletes and they could have just as easily been victims.

Secondly, MSU graduates who know my sports fandom try to tell me I'm looking at this through Maize-colored glasses and that's not right. I don't know why we as humans would have to be biased to be against rape.

Third, the cover up is worse than the crime. With each story it seems like there are more layers of corruption. Items like this latest story, or Engler's appointment as interim president makes me feel like MSU feels as if they are above the line.

Finally, I have a daughter and I have to ask myself do I want her to even go to Michigan State? (Spare me the jokes). Seriously though this issue is beyond MSU. The rape culture that surrounds athletics at many large institutions is a scary thing and I'm admittedly not sure what I can do as a person to change that.

TLDR: I am an MSU grad who is embarrassed and frustrated about the University.

Teske is great.

We have a great core coming back. Can't believe I'm saying this but wish we could just skip over football season all together.

PG Burke, SG Stauskus, SF Hardaway, PF GR3, C Wagner.

Close with McGary but I don't feel like I know his ceiling with UM because he barely played! I know what I'm getting with Wagner!

I've been on this site a while and have always documented that I am a proud MSU graduate but lifelong Michigan fan. Sue Carter is a widely-respected professor at MSU and is considered to be a great mentor for young journalists. That doesn't mean that she necessarily did everything correctly, but I was not surprised to see her take a stand against the University. I hope they are fair to her. Not sure they will be

01/05/2018 - 3:20pm I need more info

I really want to know what's next with this coaching hire. I wish there was UM like a BIG guy around here who could tell me like ELEVEN tidbits about what is going to happen next.

If only such a character existed.

12/18/2017 - 3:28pm Says he is committed to Missouri

Says he is committed to Missouri, not WV. Also do we want a guy who would be a DB at MIssouri? They let up more points per game than Oakland basketball.

12/12/2017 - 2:17pm Don't Worry About It

People can be jerks around here. We should have a better sense of community around this parts since we are all so passionate about the same thing. Unfortunately, sports can bring out the worst in us sometimes. Also, it will help once you have more points. I just upvoted your posts so that may help you get in the right direction.

12/10/2017 - 8:32pm Everybody makes mistakes guys
