Etiquette and hygiene demand that you get it before the sandwich, chips and salsa though. Beverages, I would think, could be an either / or here when it comes to timing.
Just guessing, of course.

I think it depends on how soft his beard is. If it's that tought, wiry hair, it will probably be really scratchy. But if you're lucky, his beard is nice and soft.
I bet he uses conditioner on it, so it's probably luxuriant.

You've put a surprising amount of thought into this.
February 15th, 2018 at 10:30 PM ^
Not really. Brian's most prominent physical feature is that beard.
And my two favorite comedies as a child were The Meaning of Life and UHF, so that explains why I think the way I do.

Or maybe we're on a sports blog and don't really feel like it's the place for gay sex?
Just out of curiosity, as a straight male am I obliged to pretend that the idea of gay sex doesn't gross me out to avoid being accused of hating gay people? Because I don't hate gay people at all, yet the idea of being with another man grosses me out.
Any guidance you can provide on this subject would be appreciated.
February 16th, 2018 at 12:27 AM ^
So is it just sex between men that you find objectionable?
Is heterosexual sex okay on a sports blog?
Oh, and as another straight male, I think you're fucking disgusting for being grossed out by how other people love each other.

know that not all of this, or really any of it, was intended as funny, but man, this is a really funny back and forth. I'm just curious how many times the phrase "gay sex" can be uttered before this thing wraps up.

I played baseball with his older brother Lauren in the summer between 8th & 9th grade. One day I went over to Lauren's house, and for some reason, little Danny got out his cassete tape player.
Back in the 70s, it was common to tape songs off the radio. Little Danny has taped one by The Knack. But what I most vividly remember was that just preceding the track on the tape, little Danny had recorded himself announcing it "My Sharona".

I wonder if he is planning his approach right now because he knows that in real life, he has substantially influenced the Michigan football fan community on the hilarity of the shark incidence. Maybe he is being cautious to not double down too hard since this guy is literally going to be a coach here (although hearing the roundtable, this seems unlikely). The shark thing is the funniest meme related to UM football in recent memory, and Brian raised it to a new level with his accurate and hilarious take on why it has become such a huge thing.
Here is one of my favorite shark jokes:
A shark's body structure is made entirely of cartilage. Only one bone has ever been found in a shark, and it belongs to Jim McElwain.

That well will never run dry. And comedy is all about timing. If the joke starts to get old, keep telling them until they're funny again.

Sad Brian has the the board sad and posting shit like this thread
Some yet to named user keeps creating new screen names for the seeming sole purpose of exacting his revenage on the board for some idiots being mean to him
Shark jokes, which werent funny when they were (relatively) fresh have come back and are as stupid and non-funny as ever
The football team has somewhere between 17-19 coaches responsible for calling plays - all of whom everybody here want to see working somewhere else
Mello, sad, somber (pick an description) Harbaugh has everybody worried
Our recruiting class was barely better than Minnesota's and half the board thinks this is a signal that all is lost while the other half think it's no big deal (pro-tip: both sides are wrong)
I feel like a visit here these days is about like the scene in any disaster movie right after the big disaster hits and everybody is running around in panic and chaos reigns.

I was going to agree with this post but then I reread it and saw "shark jokes" instead of "Shart jokes"
Shart jokes are funny
February 16th, 2018 at 9:56 AM ^
No. Not anymore. They were funny a couple days after the drama transpired. Now they're dumb and vapid. If your doppleganger was photographed naked on a shark and a large segment of your field shoved it down your throat for a few months you'd care. If it affected how people perceived you at your subsequent job... you'd care. May will be a calendar year.
The worst part is that he alluded to the fact that it upset him that net jockeys would keep bringing it up and hounding him with it, affecting him personally. Which is basically what this blog has done, moreso than any other websites I frequent. For the most part, everyone has let it go... except this blog.
Why do fans and readers of this blog have to tell you how stupid your shark vigil is?
