Defensive Lineman Running a 40, spoiler Rashan Gary is fast.
Saw this another spot and wanted to bring it here for intensive analysis.
I think I am more impressed with Hurst, if I am being honest. Gary is expected.
*Well I'm failing but I will keep trying.

The term is "Luddite." They attacked modern machinery like power looms about 200 years ago in England, because they feared that new efficiency would steal their jobs.

Thank you, the internet and urban dictionary failed me.

Dinosaur music as you call it kicks the ass of 99.99999999 % of all new music that has come out for many years now. And 100 % of any R&B or rap music

and it's a real shame we took those skilled jobs away so talented individuals could proceed to lift the entire (now) developed world out of poverty, dramatically extend life expectancy, and improve every aspect of well-being.

My guess is that the device playing the video is being filmed while looking downward, or this is some symbolism worthy of Kubrick's praise. I actually hope it is the latter, that way for generations we can debate the meaning of the laundry basket in the shot.
February 25th, 2017 at 12:47 AM ^
this was a laptop playing the video while a phone filmed the laptop with a laundry basket behind it.

Rashan Gary's Twitter shows no tweet that has that sentence in it.
Either that or
I cant keep up with that new fandangled internet facesnap tweeter crap.

but it seems like it would be in Hurst feed, or even Wormley's.

Hurst actually beats him in the first 5-10 yards, which is actually more important for a lineman. He's always been know for crazy burst though.

Settle down. The boy was a 19 yr old true freshman facing the best, most diverse, and fastest offenses he had ever seen. Offenses stacked with better players than he had ever faced in HS, other than maybe a handful of kids. He'll be fine...

I paid too much attention to Gary when he was on the field because of all the hype. I noticed the delay too, but it seemed intentional to me. Usually it was against a zone-read look where he could use his speed if need be. Other times he would switch over and it would be a delayed overload.
It also seemed to me like he got held on every single play he was in for. All of these are slightly biased observations of course.

It seemed intentional to me. He would do that some snaps and then fire off fine on others. Other linemen did it too.

"Sort of like Patty Hearst" but Mo' Burst First.
Hurst was first off the ball on 75% of the plays his was in on. Dude has great timing and burst.

Hurst is a fast son of a bitch too at that size. I'm very excited to see our D-Line this year.

and thenote on Wormley not even being in teh race suggests he's there too.
Love me watching some DL chase down guys from behind and take them down!

is prepping for the NFL
He's just included (and mentions schooling the young guys) because he probably usually won these races.
