This will be the repository for your hot takes which defy neat categorization for our game versus Michigan State.

That's crap. They allowed 400 yards to one of he worst offenses in the nation, then the stellar pass D fell apart at the end. Where was the pass rush against one of he worst OL's they'll face this year? They had an opportunity to pound MSU and make a true statement, and instead thy again were made to look u prepared and sleepwalking. You would never see a Dantonio coached team as good as UM is supposed to be go into that game with a whimper. I'm just shocked by the lack of intensity.

Yes, we gave up yards and points so I doesn't look like we won by much. But MSUs only offense in the second half came when they were down by 20. Michigan went into Lloydball because MSU couldn't beat us. They scored to make it a seven point game . . . WITH ONE SECOND LEFT!!! We knew they couldn't win. Were you ever actually nervous? After their first drive and our two TDs, MSU was never within ten points again, UNTIL THE LAST PLAY (sans kickoff with one second left).

Let's go over some things: Alabama was down 3 TDs to Ole Miss (3-4). Clemson needed a missed chip shot field goal at home to even get to OT against NC State. Washington went to OT against Arizona (2-5). These things happen. Everyone needs to calm the fuck down. And by the way, our game was not nearly as close as any of the above.

True, not getting pressure on the QB in the second half was odd.  And the offensive playcall creativity just went to zero in the second half.

BUT - these things happen against opponents with huge intensity.  Our close game was not as close as other top team's close game this year.

Apparently the officials wanted a close game late. I hate being this guy, but the lack of holding in the 4th quarter was a joke. MSU knew they weren't calling it and did it every play.

I'll take a win regardless, but could have been more comfortable.

Good to get the win. On offense, I have to question some of the play calling in the 2nd half. On defense, there was some shoddy tackling that gave up big plays. On the refs, I saw a lot of blatant holds that went missed by the Sparty O line in the second half.

As long as we have PEPPERS, we can win every game!!!!

REFS were awful. We were playing against MSU and the Zebras.

Our D has some work to do and our offensive play calling in the fourth was not inspiring.

I still think we can get it done against OSU. I will not be surprised if we are still saving up tons of plays for THE GAME.

Have we ever been 0-5 in the B1G?  Have we ever lost 6 straight?  Serious question.

I guaranfuckintee that Coach Harbaugh will never come close to that dumpster fire.

But i'll probably feel better about it tomorrow becasue a win over MSU on the road in a game with below average performance is still a pretty good thing.

D played its worst game of the year, but still game up big at a few key points that were crucial.

The offense was good, except for some mental errors in the running game.

Speight did make several very good throws.

Don't like that it happened against Sparty, but we needed a tough game on the road like this.

It will pay off at Iowa and especially at OSU.
