You'll probably hate me for this.....

NW beats OSU

Texas beats OU

Memphis beats UCF (UCF lost Milton)

Bama beats Georgia

Never say never.

Go Blue!

You sound like MSU fans after we beat them, OP. Guess what...it ain’t happening. OSU is going to annihilate NW.

Best scenario:

Georgia beats Alabama convincingly.

Oklahoma beats Texas convincingly

Ohio State draws Alabama in a non-playoff bowl and gets blown out.  (I'd be happy if NW blew them out too.)

Michigan kills [UCF/Washington/Florida/LSU].

Oklahoma wins the national championship because fuck Notre Dame and Clemson and Georgia can suck it.  (Least of all evils.)

If I were a mod here, I would IP ban the idiot OP.

F off dumbass.

We didn't win our conference. We don't deserve to be in the CFB with 2 losses when one of those losses was a humiliating beatdown.

Michigan did carry the Big Ten after the luckeyes lost to Purdue. If we don’t take care of business all year than there would have been no top ten Big Ten teams. You are welcome suckeyes

He is on to something actually.

OSU has the head to head vs Michigan, but would have two bad losses and Michigan has beaten northwestern.

michigan is the best 2 loss team.

long shot...more than likely it is 1. Bama 2. Clemson 3. Nd 4. OSU

I mean, fuck, MSU made it on a fluke ass season and got creamed 31-0 and I still hear “at least we made it”.

Replying to myself...I am still arguing with MSU fans since the osu disaster. The argument they have is “we can win a big ten championship and beat osu”. I just reply to them that I am waiting for MSU to get 100 yards against Michigan. 70-36-5. 42 big ten titles to 9. I also mention osu beat MSU last year 48-3 and MSU has a losing record against 7 big ten teams. THEY STILL DONT GET IT!

You would actually want to watch this team in the playoff?? Are you mad? Based on Saturday’s meltdown, we’d definitely lose in the first round and would probably end up with negative points. Sorry but that’s not something I would care to witness. Give me a middling tier bowl game so we can potentially feel better about ourselves going into the offseason.

Georgia would have to take a worse beating than we just did.  Under your scenario, if the Dawgs played the Tide close there'd probably be a rematch in the semis.

But if Bama won 63-7 and the rest played out, I would love it.  No way the Bucks lose to NW, though.  If anything, Urbs will run it up to impress the committee.

This is at least better than the surrender monkey posts about how unbeatable Urbz/OSU are (they're not,  "we" just haven't done it yet), or how tempered our expectations should be now, or #fireharbaugh or the other handwringing, overly entitled tripe.

First, Northwestern would have to win 105-0.

Second, Oklahoma would have to lose 70-0

Third, Bama would have to beat Georgia by 40

Last, Central Florida would need to lose.

If this all came giftwrapped by unicorns, Alabama would beat Michigan 84-3. We've had more than enough embarrassment for this year.

No, no a thousand times no.  We are not elite and are not one of the best four teams in the country, and can not hang with Bama or Clemson.  You should feel bad about this.

"I'm glad OSU didn't lose before The Game because I don't want to back into a conference championship"

"We can totally back into the playoffs you guys!"

The best Bowl for Michigan would obviously be Rose.   The only way that happens is if OSU makes the playoff.   They won't make the playoff if they don't beat Northwestern.  I'm probably not going to watch the game but I will keep tabs on the score.
