Seconded. There is no mention of them being related at all, in the article the OP posted.

Land of the free. The song says so.

Funny how he complains that American football 'meant to kill' each other. The Dutch have quite the history of kickboxing.

+1 for the reference...
The people are revolting!
|2 weeks 4 days ago||There'd probably be less||
There'd probably be less sympathy, more of a "you asked for it" attitude towards the guy.
However, if that was a male, 5 ft 2 , 130 pound running back getting destroyed in those videos , I would be questioning the reason he was there as well.
EDIT: see Space Coyote's post above

My first thought - oh well she's probably big and athletic enough to handle it, I guess.
5 ft 2 , 130 lbs?
Yikes. Stop now.
|2 weeks 4 days ago||Dirty casuals... But||
But seriously, either people can't spare a dime to go to games ( while a student, I didn't go for a couple of years because I literally had no money to spare ), or people just aren't as interested as they were before.
One other thing - student in the article said it takes an hour to get in? Are the entrances where most students come in that bad of a wait? Wasn't like that when I was a student, but then that was a long time ago :)

Except that when he came here many players said they were in much better shape than before.

"I'm biased againt engineering because I started out there and it was hell. "
Hell starting out? Doesn't get easier as you go along...
Anyway it is doable but it won't be easy. I've forgotten the guy's name but I did have a football player in one of my mechanical engineering classes. Was a backup OL. There were a couple of track guys in aerospace during my time in the aero program.
I remember a James Voskiul who was a b-ball player and in engineering too.

Are there charges filed? 3-4 years after the case?
|5 weeks 4 days ago||Because by not explictly||
Because by not explictly condemning something obviously wrong you seem to indicate that Brian is tacitly approving of it.
One does not have to state the obvious in order to demonstrate to you or anyone else that he is against something that rational people are against to begin with.
Lastly, if you're relying on a sports blog to teach children that sexual assault is wrong, then you've got bigger problems than Brian not making you happy.

Bam, right in the childhood. Had forgotten about that song...

FAKE PLATES / SPOTTERS HELPED / BOUNCE / IMPERFECT TECHNIQUE / PHOTOSHOP
He's in high school, and he's probably three times stronger than you (and me). Deal with it.

Just more nitwittery from sports know-nothings. 9 times out of 10 they just throw stuff out there for the sake of having something to say. The other time they just spout off inflammatory crap to get attention.
I don't listen much to any of them anymore, except maybe Sam Webb & Company on WTKA.

When Herbie says "you'll be pleased" is he talking to his Buckeye buddies?
Yes I'm paranoid :)
|8 weeks 3 days ago||Yeah see this is the downside||
Yeah see this is the downside to coaching changes. People who wanted Borges gone - remember now that every recruit who was hoping/expecting to play offense is now going to have second thoughts.
|8 weeks 3 days ago||add me to the surprised list||
I didn't think Hoke would go this route. I'm surprised. My second thought , after "wow", was that I hope this doesn't adversely affect recruiting.
|8 weeks 3 days ago||great info||
Now, IMO it would be intersting to add in star ratings w/ each player and see a blended graph of "player age" & recruiting stars per year.
Yes I know stars don't predict everything but they are a rough guide to athletic ability (emphasis on rough).
|8 weeks 6 days ago||The story so far||
Michigan had success in 2011 due to Denard & a defense that developed a clue thanks to Mattison.
2012 would have been better had Denard not had his arm killed.
Michigan's troubles last year can be attributed to the OL , IMO, and that can be attributed to the 2009-2011 recruiting classes. MAYBE next year the OL will be solid. More likely the next.
Also for all 3 years, Borges. I don't think he's led the offense to do as well as it could have.
Anyway, back to the OL, according to Rivals:
2009: 3 OL recruited ( Scofield, Lewan, Washington - who wound up on defense).
2010: 1 OL recruited ( Pace - IIRC had career ending injury and is no longer in football).
2011: 2 OL recruited ( Posada, Bryant - Posada is out of football and Bryant has been injured. Jack Miller was recruited as a DE according to Rivals and is currently a backup center. )
This isn't hard to track down yet people only want to complain about the coaching staff. If OL coaching is a problem, fine, but don't overlook the poor OL recruiting for 2009-10. Posada deciding he doesn't like football hasn't helped either.

also you could transfer those videos to your computer. Would cost you one of these things:

We really don't have a leg to stand on, considering our record. However I think maybe we can say that we exposed thier defense for MSU and Clemson to take advantage of... and it is always nice to see Ohio lose, no matter the circumstance.
