OT: Dylan McCaffrey on staff?

Submitted by Harlans Haze on October 9th, 2023 at 12:35 PM

This picture immediately piqued my curiosity as I thought I recognized the non-JJ person. I think it's Dylan McCaffrey, which would mean he's on the staff as a GA? Can anyone confirm or deny? If it's not him, man, what a look-a-like. If it is, what does that say about Harbaugh's cache in the coaching community that he would come back (leaving his Dad in the process) to the school from which he transferred to jump-start his coaching career? BTW, preliminary searching for staff GAs, or even up-to-date info on DMac proved worthless.

The prominence of the ears is different, and Dylan's chin is much more prominent than whoever the guy is next to JJ.

It's amazing the OP could concoct an entire scenario of Harbaugh accepting Dylan back on the team as a grad assistant based solely on two photos of two guys who have only very general physical similarities to each other.

That is how top notch intelligence is gathered./S Small things. Some guy at the Russian embassy is seen wearing certain medals that only military people of a certain rank wear. Someone snaps off a salute to a officer that looks too well practiced. Someone reveals a remarkable aptitude with some tool or device.

Doesn’t look like the same person to me. I’ll give you that some of the individual features look similar, but the aggregate does not imo. Also, the eyebrows are pretty different. Would be surprised if Jim took him on as a GA after he pretty much just quit in 2020.

Are you guys ^ all f**king with me? Because if this guy

isn’t the same guy as this guy

then that’s the doppliest ganger I’ve ever seen. My beard does not look the same day to day, but these two are pretty damn close. The curve of the eyes, the Adam’s apple, the nose bridge- I’m not making any leaps like he’s on staff or anything, but to think that’s him isn’t that great of a leap
