Yes, definitely a must…

Yes, definitely a must listen but I don't recommend doing it while working out at a public gym.  It got really awkward when I was fighting back tears finishing my set.

Bowling Green. They caused 4…

Bowling Green. They caused 4 of our 5 offensive turnovers this season.

I think they are trying not…

I think they are trying not to get others involved and make the conference look bad.  Plus if they actually do go through with the suspension then you release it afterwards to force their hand in suspending others as well.  I would imagine Michigan has been back channeling this.  As others have pointed out their letter to the conference warned of this.

A plugged in poster on 247…

A plugged in poster on 247 said it was 6 schools.  Seems like there's smoke.

There's a plugged in posted…

There's a plugged in poster over at 247 that said Michigan has evidence of 6 schools.  Either way, appears there's smoke here.

He literally just did.

Rumors are the company is…

Rumors are the company is headquartered in Manchester, NH and the founder went to the same high school as a certain coach with a vested interest.  Is that a "known connection" like a family member?  Who knows.

Regarding the Day/PI piece. …

Regarding the Day/PI piece.  Isaiah and others have mentioned the "no know connection" is false.  Source at Michigan knows who it is and there is in fact a connection.  The "known" wording doing a lot of work.

Regarding the PI, I'm not…

Regarding the PI, I'm not sure what "connected" means but it's rumored the guy who owns the firm is from Manchester, NH and went to Manchester Central High School.  I'll give you one guess who is also from there and attended the same high school.

There's a guy over on 247…

There's a guy over on 247 that's been pretty accurate who said the next big shoe to drop is that Ohio State had our practice footage and obtained it illegally obviously.

"There is dead to rights…

"There is dead to rights evidence that after Day basically informed boosters that they need X $ more for "NIL", a number of incoming recruits closed as commits a months or so later, even a few out of left field.  UM knows the players, the price, and the donors that made it happen"

Would bet good money one of them is a DT from Illinois.

Yeah I don’t get why they…

Yeah I don’t get why they would stop. Especially if it involves future opponents (looking at you Ohio State). Make them have to deal with the same distractions we’ve had to. If anything it’s gamesmanship. And if the practice footage stuff is true definitely release that regardless.

It's been heavily alluded to…

It's been heavily alluded to that Purdue got our signals last year from Ohio State prior to the Big Ten Championship game.  The how is another story.

It was 100% Stalions and…

It was 100% Stalions and somebody at CMU invited him and knows it was him.  And as others have said, CMU is going to the least amount of work trying to figure out who it was.  This isn't a legal trial and they're under no obligation to identify him.  Lastly, if there's a "vast network" out there it's that sigh stealers from certain schools work together and share information.

It’s ironic you mention…

It’s ironic you mention South Carolina. Was talking to my dad earlier today who lives in Charleston and he mentioned reading about South Carolina being looked at because they were bad and suddenly went on a tear beating Tennessee and Clemson…two teams in the playoff hunt down the stretch. The thinking is Stalions helped them by providing sign intel.

Sam says the Big Ten doesn’t…

Sam says the Big Ten doesn’t just want him suspended “they want his head”. Didn’t say anything about new evidence and did say Michigan still isn’t conceding.

Dan Wetzel just retweeted…

Dan Wetzel just retweeted and commented on Balas' article.  This is definitely going to pick up steam.

Yes, if their source showed…

Yes, if their source showed them something he didn't have access to share, then the PI firm viewing it would be illegal.  Them sharing it with the NCAA and reporters even more so.

If Stalions had a shared…

If Stalions had a shared apple drive and there was practice videos on it and the 3rd party viewed them or shared them wouldn't that be a crime? They may not have broken any laws obtaining that info but if they viewed something belonging to the University they didn't have access to that still be criminal in nature.

Too bad the ploy didn't work…

Too bad the ploy didn't work.  You can tell how biased these guys are.  This was never how it was supposed to go.

So there’s a picture of…

So there’s a picture of Stalions at the Michigan/ECU game the very next day and unless he’s wearing a disguise (100% possible with him) I don’t think that’s him.

Tried to start a topic but…

Tried to start a topic but couldn’t. Stallions is photographed on the sidelines of the CMU/MSU game in an amateur disguise. This idiot is going to ruin the program.

But right now we don’t have…

But right now we don’t have any actual evidence those guys were filming. It seems obvious they were but you can’t punish someone just because it seems they were obviously doing something.

This is what I keep coming…

This is what I keep coming back to. He 100% bought tickets for those guys to film the sidelines. But until/unless the NCAA finds those videos I don’t see how you can punish them based on assumptions.

Doesn’t this only become a…

Doesn’t this only become a thing if they find actual videos on his computer/phone? I’m not naive and believe he bought tickets for friends to film the sidelines but unless/until the NCAA finds those videos how can they punish Michigan in anyway that will hold up should Michigan take legal action? Right now all we have is a staffer purchasing tickets for others (not illegal) and alleged stadium surveillance videos of those friends filming (again not illegal). If that’s all the evidence that comes out how can you punish Michigan based on assumptions even if it looks guilty as hell. I’m sure this will all be moot in a few days when we find out they have the videos but finding the actual videos seems like the key to me.

My biggest question is what…

My biggest question is what are they going to find on his computer/cell phone?  Assuming everything reported is true, if they don't find actual video evidence I don't see how they could level a punishment that would hold up if Michigan were to sue.  It seems pretty obvious what's alleged is true but you can't level punishment based on assumptions.

My question is how did other…

My question is how did other schools (read Ohio State) find out about this "vast network" and how were they able to gather the "evidence" that has been reported on?

Got confirmation of sorts: …

Got confirmation of sorts: "needs to spend more time in his playbook & honing his craft as opposed to spending time being a freshman in college"

Regarding Jyaire Hill, I…

Regarding Jyaire Hill, I could have sworn I heard/saw Sam (or maybe Steve) allude to some off-field shenanigans with him.  Didn't sound serious, but I think that might be why he's not playing.

This is where I'm at.  Let's…

This is where I'm at.  Let's assume he set up a "vast network", the only way they would be able to prove that is if he was dumb enough to use his university computer/cell phone and had files titled "Penn State/Ohio State in game signs - 10/21" on his computer.  Every article I've read makes me think the "evidence" of the vast network to this point is complaints from opposing teams and I don't know how they would be able to prove that.  Either there's an electronic or financial paper trail or there's no evidence and I don't know why you'd just hand that evidence over willingly if there is.

That's like saying "TCU knew…

That's like saying "TCU knew we were going to run a lot of duo.  They're stealing our signs!"

From the article it looks…

From the article it looks like 2 of our opponents this year accused us of sign stealing.

"Two of Michigan's opponents this season told Yahoo Sports they became aware that Michigan knew their play signs."

According to his Twitter it looks like he works for Bill Walton's mushroom company.  Not making that up...

While understandable, the…

While understandable, the McNamara's come off a bit delusional.  It took one series of the Hawaii game for any objective person to determine who should be the starter moving forward. Also, while the disappointment was understandable it doesn't excuse essentially bailing on the team you're a captain of.

If Michigan has any evidence…

If Michigan has any evidence, even circumstantial against other schools I hope they empty the notebook. “We’ll suspend Jim Harbaugh for games as soon as you look into XYZ”.

Apparently the rumor is the…

Apparently the rumor is the allegation for “misleading” is around Harbaugh buying 2 committed recruits lunch. Who knows if true but if so, the NCAA is a complete joke.

I’m not so sure this is…

I’m not so sure this is clickbait. Sam basically just confirmed especially if it’s the Colts. I think people should start to wrap their heads around him leaving.

Kind of feel like Michigan…

Kind of feel like Michigan has been aware of the situation all along, knows the likely outcome (charges will be dropped) and the "felony weapons charge" is just something the judicial system has to do which unfortunately created the terrible headline.

I loved GoT and like most…

I loved GoT and like most people was turned off by the ending but was excited for HotD based on who was involved.  I've enjoyed the first four episodes and can understand some of the complaints that its slow and only focused on a few characters.  That will all change very soon with the time jump and events to come.  Better to think of these early episodes as an extended prologue.  Once they hit the 10 year time jump and inch closer to the Dance of Dragons things will start to pick up.  There's going to be like 17 dragons/dragon riders, plenty of children/grandchildren.  Many husbands/wives.  And a Red Wedding like event to come.  Like I said, it's all building towards the obvious Civil War to come and once that starts things will get more interesting.

As I mentioned, Harbaugh…

As I mentioned, Harbaugh specifically put the 1st o-line back out there for few series with Cade and he still checked it down on 3 and 13 with perfect protection. He’s just not comfortable make tight throws beyond 10 yards. It worked last year but clearly has a ceiling.

I knew it was over for Cade…

I knew it was over for Cade after the 3rd and 13 check down to Loveland in the second half earned 7. Harbaugh put the first team o-line back in there, he had perfect protection, we’re up big and he’s playing for his job and he still refuses to take a shot downfield.

Cade is who he is. That was good enough in 2020 and I will appreciate that forever. But with Haskins gone that formula isn’t going to win in the Shoe and beyond. It’s JJ’s time.

I don’t know what Cade is…

I don’t know what Cade is upset about. He got the start in Game One and looked pretty meh. He missed some easy throws; I don’t remember him hitting anything beyond 10 yards. It’s pretty clear he’s not the best option in the red zone. The offense seemed pretty plodding and that was against poor competition. If he played well the coaches probably don’t put JJ in. Again, he was given every opportunity to come out and make a statement and he just didn’t. How you look in games should matter and looked pretty average.

I took it as he basically…

I took it as he basically had no remorse for what he did and it was all a game to him (he was basically mocking the government in front of Marie) until he found out about Kim’s predicament. That was his only regret (a theme of this episode) and so he basically gave himself a life sentence as punishment.

One of the better episodes of television I've seen in a long time.

Met my wife at a training…

Met my wife at a training event for work. She was dating someone at the time and I was living in Phoenix, she in LA. We kept in touch until her boyfriend found out and called me. I will always remember telling him “settle down, I live in Phoenix what do you think, we’re going to date long distance?”  Well that’s exactly what we did…for 2 1/2 years. Will be celebrating 10 years of marriage this spring and have 2 beautiful daughters together.

Not sure if people check this anymore but my CSU alum wife and I will be flying in for the game this year.  Any recommendations on where to park/tailgate if we will just have a rental car and none of the equipment? Are there places to you can pay to park that also provide food/beverages.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
