...offensive foul. His 2nd. Now Benson blocks Hardaway and a blocking foul on Morgan, his 2nd.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:33 PM ^
Does anyone know what kind of shoes we're wearing? They look amazing.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:33 PM ^
When did MICH become Duke? I swear I've never seen a Wolverine team take so many charges and offensive fouls.
December 18th, 2010 at 1:57 PM ^
has always coached that.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:33 PM ^
Keith Benson is a game changer in the paint. Dude is gonna get drafted relatively high. Wish we would have recruited him.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:34 PM ^
...by Oak so far: 1-5.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:35 PM ^
that will cost them in the tournament too
December 18th, 2010 at 12:34 PM ^
hehehe there's not a score for either team in the active window for the game tracker. BIG TEN BASKETBALL!
December 18th, 2010 at 12:35 PM ^
i actually would prefer that guy that calls darius morris the butterfly 100x a game to have the call over these espn3.com guys
December 18th, 2010 at 12:43 PM ^
Does that take into account all the "baby blue" comments though?
December 18th, 2010 at 12:38 PM ^
Metrics would have 16 right now if he didn't wear an undershirt.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:39 PM ^
Jordan Morgan has exceeded all my expectations. He's not only skilled but he plays with emotion...
December 18th, 2010 at 12:39 PM ^
Hardaway sure hasn't been shooting well most of this season. I wish he would take it in for something shorter to jump start his game. Just heaving threes is a tough way to get it going.
December 18th, 2010 at 2:03 PM ^
A lot of people seem to think that stepping closer to the basket makes a shot easier. That's not necessarily so. Moving closer can give the defense a better chance to challenge a shot. And intermediate shots can often be harder than three-pointers, especially when the shooter is on the move and has to pull up.
For someone like Hardaway, who has three-point range, I think a wide-open 20 footer, shot in rhythm and off a good pass, is an easier shot that a 12-15 footer, off the dribble, after a pump fake -- especially when the 20 footer is from the corner and the pull up is along the baseline.

Is it weird that I love Vogrich's yelling face?
December 18th, 2010 at 12:41 PM ^
a link...please
December 18th, 2010 at 12:43 PM ^
espn3.com ....
December 18th, 2010 at 12:43 PM ^
I think it should be clear by now that the people asking for links don't have access to espn3
December 18th, 2010 at 12:44 PM ^
If they have access to the Internet, I'm not sure why they couldn't get espn3
December 18th, 2010 at 12:46 PM ^
Not all ISP's have access to ESPN3. Mine doesn't.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:47 PM ^
I see, my mistake.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:46 PM ^
Unless you know a way to bypass it, people can only use it if their ISP pays ESPN money for the service. There are some significant providers (like Qwest, which I have), which do not do this.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:45 PM ^
True, however it should also be clear that if someone had a link it would have been posted by now.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:46 PM ^
How funny is the big "State of Wisconsin" tattoo on that Oakland player?!?
December 18th, 2010 at 12:48 PM ^
Since I saw it I've been googling for a good picture. All I can find is:

I am really impressed with our defense so far this year. We have some decent height down low but alot of it lacks bulk. We seem to be holding our own regardless. (except for Rocco a few weeks ago)
December 18th, 2010 at 12:45 PM ^
on that last possesion and no foul call. Then a bad foul call against Morgan in which the announcers said something like "look at Ted Valentine getting into the act with that energetic foul call." What a joke Valentine is.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:50 PM ^
...picked up that PF.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:46 PM ^
Michigan up 29-21 at the half.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:47 PM ^
I'll take it. We've looked a little ugly at times, but they've looked uglier. 8 point lead gives us some space to work moving into the second half.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:47 PM ^
A decent half, but they have to come out strong in the second half....Refs letting the game get very physical...
December 18th, 2010 at 12:47 PM ^
Bacari Alexander on the radio, halftime:
"We're gonna be the hammer, not the nail!"
"We're not going to let them out of the club without checking their ID!"
December 18th, 2010 at 5:16 PM ^
My favorite part of the radio broadcasts is Bacari Alexander's halftime chat with David Merritt. I particularly like the way he ends each one with an emphatic "Go Blue!"
December 18th, 2010 at 12:48 PM ^
...29-21 M. Biggest stat: Morgan and Benson each with 2 PF. Ability to keep Morgan on the floor is huge. 2nd biggest stat: Oak 1-6 FT. 3rd biggest stat: rebounds M/O 21/20.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:48 PM ^
we are out-rebounding them 20-17 and winning by 8 all while shooting only 25% from 3 point range.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:49 PM ^
Who's the hot redhead Michigan Cheerleader that was shown following the last commercial break before halftime, right on the end of the row?
December 18th, 2010 at 12:50 PM ^

December 18th, 2010 at 12:51 PM ^
Her name's Joanna.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:56 PM ^
If that is indeed Joanna Sampson, the face doesn't look the same. Too bad there's no photos of her bod on the mgoblue website. I'd be able to tell for sure, then.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:58 PM ^
Well this just got weird.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:53 PM ^
My girlfriend
December 18th, 2010 at 12:58 PM ^
Your girlfriend is hot and makes me happy. So congrats for you.
December 18th, 2010 at 12:50 PM ^
No, I'm not pretending to be the knowledge. Just pointing out that this is the first ESPN3.com game I've seen. I suspect I'll be watching many more. The technology is really getting there. There are some glitches and missed seconds, but overall not bad. And any time you get to hear Tim McCormick, it's a good day.
