Does Michigan pick up any USC transfers?

I've found a few NCAA rules browsing other message boards that supposedly allow USC Juniors and Seniors to transfer without sitting out a year.

As far as free transfers, every USC SR and JR can transfer and be eligible now. Bowl ban takes up the rest of their eligibility.

Bylaw 13.1.1.3.3: No release needed to contact SAs if school is has postseason ban for the rest of their eligibility

Bylaw 14.8.2: The COI can recommend a waiver to allow SAs to transfer and play immediately if ban is for the rest of their eligibility

After Committee on Academic Approval OKs schools, USC SRs and JRs will be able to be recruited by others.

Schools would have to show they have open spots ETC

COI can't overrule Pac-10 intra-conference no transfer rule. And no provision in Pac-10 rules for a waiver in this case.

Freshmen who signed NLOI will have to stay at USC unless some waiver would be given across the board, not likely..

A. I'm not sure how correct this is.
B. Are there any Jr or Sr on USC that were high on Michigan when they were recruited?

I am not so biased that I can't admit that Grand Haven is the more desireable tourist attraction.  The compact downtown with the boardwalk to the beach is a top notch draw.  Although I will say that I think Pere Marquette Beach is significantly more desireable than the Grand Haven State Park, I can see why people would prefer Grand Haven.  If the Brewery ever opens in downtown Muskegon, the scale may tip in favor of Muskegon for the better night life.

However, my preference has to do with the "who" as well as the "what."

Muskegon is like the friend who tells you your shirt is ugly because it is.  Grand Haven is like the friend who tells you your ugly shirt looks nice because that's what you want to hear.

All right Lemmings. Bring the heat.

After perusing the article about players in the B10 who are bousta blow up, it seems that there are quite a few receivers on the list.  This could be great ammo for luring a JR/SR .

"We promise to put you on an island against the very best the B10 has to offer on a weekly basis.  You can thereby prove to the NFL that you are the next Darrelle Revis."

A one-year rental of a super-stud DB really brightens the picture for the D this year.

With as good as UMs offense could be this year, any help the defense could gain would benefit directly in terms of wins on the field. I don't know about you, but I'd rather see UM win.
