Dee Hart still commited to Michigan?

Submitted by Korean Wolverine20 on

I know that Dee Hart decommited to Michigan, and it was confirmed by TomVH, but after this article from scout, not free, Hart, himself, said he was still committed to Michigan.

I'm starting to get sick of the drama, but I'd still love to get Hart in this class.

It was a quote from Dee today at the Army game practice. He wants to announce it at the game and needs another hat on the table essentially. He is "choosing" between Michigan and Bama.

I am frankly tired of all the drama that he creates even though he has earned his moment on TV.

Agreed, he had his press conference.  There's no need for him to roll out another one.  If he's changing his mind that's fine, but he doesn't need another press conference to do it at.  Honestly, if that's the way the kids wired I'd rather he go to 'Bama anyway.

To be clear: he has a right to change his mind and I hope he does well, I just think a second press conference is a bit much.

*fingers in ears* I CAN'T HEAR YOU..........LALALALALALALALALA.

Until he's listed as enrolled at either UM or Alabama, it's not definite. Hell, even if he does enroll somewhere, he might change at this point.

I want him to come. I don't expect him to come.

The article says he's technically still committed, but waiting until Saturday to announce. He just wants more attention surrounding it. He will not be attending the U of M

Pretty sure he is following Alex Legion to Kentucky-er-Illinois-er-South Florida.

Speaking of which, has anyone heard anything on possible mid-season 4* Miami big man transfer Donnovan Kirk?  I would have started a thread, but I am a few midichloreans shy of that capability...

we will know who we should support. This applies to the entire team and the coaches whoever they are. Until then I am done speculating about who our coach will be or what recruits are coming or not.

I agree with you that it is just a technicallity and that it appears he is going to bama. I am just confused how they reportedly have 22-23 recruits and only 8 spots before guys leave for the NFL early. I guess that is just a technicallity too for Saban.

Sigh. The denial.

Just let go man. You'll never learn to love again until you finally realize the fact that he. Is. Gone. I know, it hurts. It hurts us all. And maybe you have some deep seeded abandonment issues, but pick your head up, man. Keep on truckin'. Find your sense of self respect again and learn to really love yourself. Because, dammit, you're a winner. You're worth it. Dee might not see you for what you really are, but someone will. And one day you'll find another running back that loves you for you, and you'll forget all about Dee.

Best of luck to Hart in his future endeavors, though you kind of hope he realizes that in order for him to receive a scholarship at Alabama, a couple of current players are going to have to leave the team before their eligibility runs out (based on their small senior class and draft-eligible juniors).  So yeah, 'Bama might look great now, but in 2 years when he is pushed out for Dee Hart 2013, he might regret his decision.  I don't begrudge the kid for picking a better program at this moment, but we've seen what happens in the SEC and especially at Alabama when it comes to recruiting classes.

After all the drama, do us one solid.

Don't pretend to go for the Michigan hat only to pull a "just kidding."  Be original and just grab the hat of the school you are committing to, be it Bama or whoever..

At this point, you aren't going to surprise anyone, unless you pick Michigan.
