Last week I was texting Sparty friends when they were down 17-0 and letting them know, "Fraud, Sparty's back". Oops.

I'm waiting this week.

Mizzou is a pretender as well.

Tulsa's D-Line (!!!)  just returned a pick for a TD.

20-18 ND, with the XP pending, very late 2nd quarter

UPDATE: 2 point try no good, looks like 20-18 at the half.

When you watch MSU.....you get sad because you realize we literally gave away the 1st qtr of that game....makes me sick to my stomach to even remember that.

MSU has shown on the road they are extremely slow starters and we let them get away with it. Iowa/NW didn't and both had the game under control.

... that game is totally different if Denard doesn't throw the pick in the endzone on the first drive.

That game was really very close.  Two other Sparty wins (ND and NW) were on trick plays.

Sparty plays better with Treadwell as HC.

Dantonio, Prince of the Idiots, can't close the big deal.

I thought Nebraska would beat Missouri at home but up 24-0 at the end of the first quarter.  If they run the table could they pass Boise State even with one loss?

I think Auburn loses one game probably to Alabama.

Watching this game and looking at the #5 next to MSU is just absolutely a freak occurence..if it was mid Feb or early march i could accept it.

No one will convince me MSU is one of the top 5 teams in the country.

Crist out for the year.  Rees has thrown picks on consecutive passes.

And when Alex Flannegan asked Brian Kelly (in the end-of-the-half interview) how the Crist injury is going to affect the team, his exact response was "oh, we're over that."

20-28 ND at the half.

Cousins throws off his back foot a lot.  You cannot throw a route to the sidelines off your back foot.  It finally bit him in the ass that time.  Sparty on!
