You just need a good relationship with a local handyman, who can either fix stuff themselves or call the appropriate person. That's how my prior landlord managed my rental. I never saw the guy, but he had a local handyman who would fix random things that broke and when something was beyond his skill level, the owner would call a local plummer... |

just start contacting people from craigslist with open apartments in complexes. I looked for housing around this time when I was going to grad school. It's actually easier than you may think, because inventory is kind of low, and you have very specific conditions. I ended up using these guys and didn't have any problems. |

which is why splitting basketball and football conferences will not happen. It decreases the importance and impact of conference networks, which is something the B1G has been playing up big time. Also, when you have the 4-5 big time conferences, what's their incentive to make sure Butler (and the like) are treated fairly. It's more likely that smaller basketball schools are basketball only members of a conference. |

the fact that ND cancelled the series. Maybe a game against VA Tech will make you feel happy. The point is simply that our coach called ND chickens, and well... you are. Your 2016 schedule sounds solid, but the point is that ND backed out of the rivalry. I guess you can claim that the MSU one was more important. Oh well. Since PSU will be back around 2016 or so, we'll just replace you. |

I would add that many times I have seen the benefits of producing goods in "3rd world countries" to be low/ no concern to the environment, which equals lower cost. The US has very strong environmental regulations that just aren't there in a country like Bangladesh. |

Google owns YouTube, so it has everything to do with the parent company. If YouTube were still a start-up, they would actually care about pissing off users, but since they are owned and backed by Google, their users are like 99% of the Internet, so who cares if they piss off anyone. With a #1 preseason ranking, OSU will get the benefit of doubt if they lose a game. They won't be kicked out of the Top 10. Also, being ranked this high and losing to Michigan during the last game if the season, but beating us in the B1G championship game means they still go to the NC game. |
