freshmen year at 248lbs 27% body fat now my sophomore year at 220lbs with only 9% body fat. Work for what you want. pic.twitter.com/WMTZo9DC7F

Ver y impressive.
Anyone out there able to calculate how much muscle he has put on based on his current weight and the change in body fat %?
248*27%=67lbs of fat
220*9%=20lbs of fat
47 lbs of fat lost.
248*(1-27%)=181lbs of not-fat
220*(1-9%)=200lbs of non-fat
19 lbs of muscle gained (assuming his bones and organs, etc stayed the same)
He *is* a brick wall.
He is the one who knocks
He looks a good 6 inches shorter... and that's WITH shoes!
His shoulders appear not only larger, but wider.
He's standing further from the wall in the second photo, the foreshortening is probably making him look relatively taller.
I think a full investigation is in order! Also why was Peppers not in the picture!
I'll blame the camera angle issues on the new OC. Nuss is taller than Borges, right?
is further away but the angle is similar, though Derrick is standing closer to the wall in the older photo. Looking at reference points aligning with the mortar joints in the wall (wrist, base of neck, top of head), they all appear to have changed the same amount. Derrick Green is definitely taller.
It had nothing to do with Green getting shorter or taller or camera angles or the cleats on his shoes.
What really happened was that the wall got shorter as the result of Derrick Green running through it repeatedly.
Check again, this time look at his head in relation to the text on the wall. He's like a foot taller!
They re-painted the wall text.
Look, his head barely touches the letters his freshman year. Now he blocks the word.
I read "transformation" as "transfer" and almost panicked.
This guy could be his own Fullback.
I read the letters t-r-a-n-s-f and the panic meter was already going off.
Gald to see the news is just that he has turned himself in a complete monster.
title ran off my page, thought it said "DerrickGreenTransferring"...
this is much better.
all weight change is good / s / s
the next level.
or they may just get mowed over from behind. He's definitely going to hit the hole faster. Let's just hope one exists this year. Could be big year for this young man. Looking at that photo I can't help bus ask myself, Just who in the hell has guided Peppers through his weight training. Incoming players don't normally look like that until they've been in the program a couple of years. Good job DG!!!!
Just gonna throw a FROSH in the mix while we're at it...
Looking forward to seeing him throw opposing receivers to the turf like rag dolls.
His pecs look like they were made in a factory and glued on.
What does a S&C coach do with that?
Take credit.
Why do they always flex in the after pics and not the before ones. Not doubting these guys have made gains, but kind of makes the pictures pretty useless for comparison's sake.
I've seen a few Photoshops in my day, and.....

These are reminiscent of Frank Clark's pics. Awesome.
I couldn't believe he was the same guy. DIdn't really give his career much of a boost though.
