totally normal behavior for a guy under contract with the raiders a day away from being announced

If WD was there is must be true. Surprised he didn't do a shout out to his attire.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:42 PM ^
He took a photo. JH, his son, and Jack.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:23 PM ^
Give WD a million MGoPoints!
January 8th, 2022 at 8:39 PM ^
Honestly I think getting banned from mgoblog is arguably one of the positive turning points in his life
January 9th, 2022 at 12:16 AM ^
Only if he learns anything from it. If he hasn't already, I hope he does at some point.
January 9th, 2022 at 8:15 AM ^
Well I don't follow his every move but he seems happier and it sounds like he's doing more life improving type things.
January 9th, 2022 at 9:14 AM ^
He blocked me on Twitter so I haven’t seen/heard anything from him in quite a while. Good to hear he’s doing better.
January 9th, 2022 at 11:00 AM ^
That's good to hear.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:57 PM ^
Please.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:42 PM ^
JJ @ YA? LFG! TTYL
January 8th, 2022 at 7:47 PM ^
IDK, my BFF Jill?
January 8th, 2022 at 7:42 PM ^
Username checks out
January 8th, 2022 at 7:42 PM ^
The last week has had strong December 2014 level insanity vibes and I am here for it. Looking forward to hearing Harbaugh is staying from a local weather reporter in Dallas whose uncle was Jack Harbaugh’s neighbor in Kentucky.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:45 PM ^
NO, this is not normal behavior for a guy....
Ohhhhhh.... My bad.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:47 PM ^
What a difference a year makes. Last year you ALL wanted him gone.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:51 PM ^
Catchafire - No we didn’t ALL want JH gone. Just like we didn’t ALL want JJ to be the starter. It’s just the typically very very very vocal minority at work spewing their “knowledge” and opinion.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:13 PM ^
AND Brian and Ace.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:59 PM ^
I hate it when people speak for me and couldn’t be more wrong.
January 9th, 2022 at 4:49 AM ^
Me too. But that's what I get for using a court-appointed attorney.
January 8th, 2022 at 9:21 PM ^
Was it though? Even the blogs (like this one which is typically rational and has the pulse of the fanbase) and a chunk of the media turned on him. I would say it was 50/50.
January 8th, 2022 at 9:42 PM ^
I would say 33/33/34
33 wanted him gone
33 wanted him to stay
the remainder was resigned to the program being in mediocrity that no coach was going to break it out of until OSU took 3 steps back.
the remainder (me included) were thrilled to be wrong, and 33 that wanted him gone are probably happy they were wrong too.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:52 PM ^
Nope. Last year at this time, I was dreaming about this giant can of cheese whiz. FB memories FTW.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:58 PM ^
Is it really that crazy? It's a result-based industry with 12-15 data points a year
Harbaugh did (mostly) everything we asked him to do except beat OSU and win a big ten title. Last year they looked the furthest from ever doing so they've been under Harbaugh and then they had probably the greatest one year turnaround season in school history. Chizik and Orgeron both got fired two years after winning a national title. Ryan Day is probably another 2-loss season and home loss to Michigan away from looking for a new job. Hell, if Saban went 0-12 next year, I guarantee you Alabama wouldn't receive too many complainants for firing him. Entire programs and dynasties can be built or destroyed in one year in college football, can't stay idle for too long
January 8th, 2022 at 8:44 PM ^
Speaking of Chizik, UNC rehired him today as defensive coordinator. Presumably he's the coach in waiting when Mack hangs them up again.
January 8th, 2022 at 9:18 PM ^
Retreads gotta look out for one another.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:01 PM ^
How do you know we ALL wanted him gone? You took a poll?
Yes, you sound so smart being the ONLY one who wanted him to stick around. You knew it ALL ALONG this season would pan out this way.
STFU...
January 8th, 2022 at 8:38 PM ^
GoWings, admit it: you are a fair weather fan and wanted Harbaugh fired. You wanted to get Campbell and Tom and all those coaches that flamed out this year.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:42 PM ^
Before I wasn't 100% sure you were a troll, now I know you are.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:43 PM ^
Dude. Shut up. It’s not about Harbaugh. It’s bc if Harbaugh leaves it means Michigan isn’t big into NIL
January 9th, 2022 at 9:14 AM ^
There would be more to it than NIL. That's a simplistic take.
January 9th, 2022 at 12:16 AM ^
Yes it's true, I am one of those that wished Harbaugh would get swept away by the NFL. There was nothing about the 2020 team or the trajectory of the program that led me to believe he was going to succeed in the future. But I am ecstatic this year turned out the way it did. The recruiting class exceeded expectations as well. And now I have a ton of faith in JH and staff going forward. He changed my mind and I am grateful. Life can turn on a dime, for better or worse. I do give you credit for seeing past all the turmoil and staying true. Good on you.
So what do you want me to do? What's my debt to you? It's best to just forgive and forget.

Catchafire flames out again:
January 8th, 2022 at 10:31 PM ^
We have to stop with the whole “you all wanted him gone last year, now you want to keep him” diatribe.
Listen - Most people are both rational and irrational with their arguments i.e. I mean they lead with some combination of both emotion and reason. Emotion tells people after the 2020 season Harbaugh went 2-4 and looked completely out of sync all season long, Covid or not. He also had a big 0-fer against OSU and even record I think with MSU. It’s easy to see why people at that point would lose faith and want a change of scenery.
Now that he’s seemingly got the coaches and fixed some major flaws while he crushes OSU and wins the B1G championship, of course people want to keep him. It’s sports and fans attitudes change. In fact, that’s life in general. So please, if you’re going to keep going back to this argument, use some perspective before calling the MGoBoard out. I’m glad he’s our coach and really hope he stays in AA.
January 8th, 2022 at 10:47 PM ^
Not all.
January 8th, 2022 at 10:48 PM ^
Indifferent about the 2020 season, wanted him gone after the michigan state game last year, changed my mind after the ohio game, and still think JJ should have started all year. So there ya go.
January 9th, 2022 at 10:31 AM ^
Sorry, NOT all.
January 9th, 2022 at 1:55 PM ^
Let's lose the "you all" stuff. A lot of us were willing to believe 2020 was a fluke and wanted to see what would happen with the revamped staff.
January 8th, 2022 at 7:47 PM ^
IF a WD post makes an MGoBlog Board, does a falling tree in the woods make noise? Ace?
January 9th, 2022 at 1:14 AM ^
I’m definitely one that thinks fans like WD help move blogs day to day. I watch his YouTube vids and never really got all the hate. We can’t speak for his social life/lack there of. My 2 cents. Stay Jim Harbaugh!!
January 9th, 2022 at 2:13 AM ^
Bring back WD and XM! Wait, I mean, bring back WD!
January 8th, 2022 at 7:49 PM ^
He's going to be the hockey coach. It's happening!
January 8th, 2022 at 7:52 PM ^
Makes sense :). I predict the Jacktiviity re Coach Harbaugh leaving will end soon. Appreciate the photo.
January 8th, 2022 at 8:15 PM ^
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
January 9th, 2022 at 7:45 AM ^
January 8th, 2022 at 8:19 PM ^
So...it's the Golden Knights that are in play and WD is Amber Theoharis' source?
I am so confused.
January 8th, 2022 at 9:26 PM ^
Is the golden shower in play?
January 8th, 2022 at 9:35 PM ^
When you live in a tree, the Golden shower is always in play..
