Well Sparty, you might note that this is a Big Ten award. In B1G play he came off the bench in 12 of 18 games.

know what? Your comments feel very "troll-like".
Even if he is not a great defender, I have more respect for the work that Duncan Robinson has put in to go from a defensive liability to a very good defender. He has done an incredible job on some very tough BIG players over the last several games.
And so what that he started a ton of games early on? He gets knocked out of the starting rotation, and instead of moping around and sulking, he picks up his game and becomes a huge weapon off the bench.
He got the award from the coaches and media as the best 6th man in the Big Ten at this point. He is playing great basketball. He has earned it. Good for him, and good for our team in the upcoming tourneys.
The RCMB is down the hall. You should have no problem finding it - when you get close, you will smell it.

What I still want to know is why, with all the scrunity on college basketball recently, that Michigan would have chosen to murder an opponent on their own home court on the last regular season game of the year. You would think one would want to lay low.

Kid deserves huuuuge props for turning around his shooting and stepping up the defense in the latter half of the season. I've shit on him more than is fair, and the crow tastes terrible but I'm happy to eat it.
