"March Madness Ends: Who You Got?!" Open Game Thread (And Drinks...Duh!).

Let's do this.  Tip off is coming up.  All you EST people are probably mad and climbing into bed, though!  It is a late start and a bit ridiculous.  Thanks Phoenix.

Definitely rooting for Gonzaga.  I have UNC winning in a bracket entered in a Craft beer-pool but I'm not sure anything that great would come to me anyway.  Ergo, Go Gonzaga.  Hoping for a fun game, regardless.  No way last year gets replicated but a good game nonetheless is all we can hope for.

Also describe in great detail what's being poured as well, obvi.  Lot's of 2017 KBS I imagine?!

That Collins 5th foul is a perfect example of a foul that technically could be called but is immaterial to the play.  You don't call that in the freaking National Chmapionship game.

Zags got screwed by refs. They had to play soft because too many guys had 4 fouls and Collins had fouled out. Once again, refs dictated the outcome of the game

What an ugly game.  Both teams under 35%, awful FT shooting, a critical missed call in the last minute, 44 fouls.  A disappointing title game won by a trash program.

...those refs should never call another tourney game...NCAA serves no purpose if you can fake classes and still play in meaningful games...and as an aside, even with no skin in the game, questioning Few's X's and O's through that dreck is a joke...those kids couldn't look at each other without a foul...makes a difference...

I'm physically angry that I sat through that whole game and then the last minute turned into Gonzaga just handing UNC points so that the game wasn't even close. At least give me a one possession game that comes down to the last shot if the game is going to be that terrible.

And the final blow was the twisted ankle on the only player who could create a shot for gonzaga...who then proceeded to play hero ball for the last minute and a half. Overtime would have played with the deep bench. Just ugly.

I'm sure everyone will call the game ugly, but it was actually a pretty accurate representation of what much of college basketball has become these days. We're basically at a point where everything is a selling point for college basketball except the games themselves.
