Looks like Harbaugh was right... we were close.

A little over a month ago when we were still inconsistent on offense and couldn't put 2 drives together Harbaugh said we were close. We rolled our eyes.

Weeks later he said he liked where we were offensively. We again, rolled our eyes.

Clearly he was seeing things in practice that wasn't translating but was an improvement from what he was seeing before. Nonetheless...it is come along and it's here.

Gattis and his "Speed in Space" is here and Harbaugh is 2-0 with two BEATDOWNS over rivals.

Here's to Harbaugh for staying the course and giving us even a liiittle hope that we can pull off an signature win in two weeks.

Anyway, Harbaugh was right...now let's keep it going!

Does anyone else feel like we would beat Wisconsin and Penn State if we played either of those teams next week?

We look like a completely different football team.

Michigan plays better at home than away. We always wonder why this team comes out of the gate so slow on the road. Seems like D has more breakdowns on the road. Happy with today & trend of this team, but the home vs. road with Harbaugh teams (especially this year) is very real. Lets see how we do next week at IU.

Penn State we should've won. Wisconsin is a different story. At the time Wisconsin was playing record breaking defense. Taylor also had like 100 yards rushing in 1Q and Coan was on target

Wisconsin has regressed quite a bit so its irrelevant to ask the question if we would beat them if we played next week. Theyre a much weaker team right now

Chryst and company called a near perfect game against Michigan.  They earned the win.  They are really big and they know how to use their size.  I like Michigan at home but the outcome is anyone's guess.  About the game in September, If Michigan scores on their first drive the 7-7 score may have put some choke in Wisconsin

I definitely think so. My only gripe is that the team doesn’t seem to come out with fire. But they do gain it as the the game goes on which is awesome. I would just like to see them come out swinging a bit more, but I’m probably just greedy.

He was right.  Unfortunately it came a little too late for any sort of hardware this year, but hopefully next year with McCaffrey at QB and guys like Bell, Black (maybe), Sainristil, Jackson etc. we can have a prolific offense next season.
