France and England with France winning.

Honestly think whoever wins betweenness France/Belgium will beat England or Croatia.

07/02/2018 - 8:36pm If rent is too damn high,…

If rent is too damn high, why vote for the incumbent?  Taylor is that, and didn’t fix that issue.

07/02/2018 - 12:04pm This is gonna get locked…

This is gonna get locked soon me thinks.

But whatever.  Whoever Trump picks for SC Justice is gonna be someone he wants to overturn Roe v Wade.  This in turn makes them an asshole, regardless if the went to Michigan.

06/24/2018 - 4:35pm Guy has a Florida State…

Guy has a Florida State offer.  But yeah, this guy is garbage cause he's a 3* and BLuey said so...

06/03/2018 - 5:16pm He remained 9 but other guys

He remained 9 but other guys fell or came on the list.  Mathis from MSU went from 7 to off the list and Tag went from off the list to 8 (that one I don't get why he'd be above Cade, though).

But, Cade is currently 9th out of 24 guys.  Not bad.

06/01/2018 - 2:49pm He’s not even gonna be the

He’s not even gonna be the best QB in the B1G. McSorely (and possibly Patterson and the OSU guy) will have better stats and ply this year.

05/29/2018 - 8:32pm I tire of the big game

I tire of the big game narrative.

Harbaugh has bested Penn State.

Harbaugh has beaten Michigan State.

Harbaugh has beaten Wisconsin.

The only team he hasn’t beaten is Ohio State. And he’ll get it.

It’s ridiculous the narrative going around here that Harbaugh is some terrible coach now.

05/26/2018 - 6:05pm Interesting til Salah exited.

Interesting til Salah exited. After that I knew Liverpool was done

05/13/2018 - 3:38pm He had a good freshman year

He had a good freshman year and sucked every year after that.

05/13/2018 - 3:34pm Here Jerry, it's easy when

Here Jerry, it's easy when you're not an idiot:

WHAT OFFENSE IS HE GOING TO RUN WITH SHEA, A SPREAD GUY?!?!

It's not like Shea has never taken a snap under center.  His QB coach/guru in HS made him take plenty of snaps under center.  Michigan is going to run a pro style as it always had with RPO elements.  I'd assume more than what they did last year.

WHO'S CALLING THE PLAYS?!?!

Harbaugh has the final say on playcalling, as usual.

THEY'VE HAD HOW MANY CO-OFFENSIVE COORDINATORS?!?!

Well, by title, none.  Drevno was offensive coordinator.  Jedd Fisch and Pep Hamilton are/were passing game coordinators.  Frey was run game coordinator.

WHO'S DOING WHAT?!?!

Well I assume you just mean the offense, so:

Jim Harbaugh: HC.  Has the final say on all play calling, which has been the stsus quo since he was at Stanford a decade ago.  It's actually a system several teams implement.  Urban has had co-offensive and co-defensive coordinators.  I believe the current Super Bowl Champion Eagles has a similar hierarchy.

Pep Hamilton: Passing Game Coordinator/QB coach.  He calls passing plays to Jim and coaches the quarterbacks.

Jim McElwain: WR coach.  He coaches the wide recievers.

Sherrone Moore: TE coach.  He coaches the tight ends.

Ed Warinner: OL coach.  He coaches the offensive line.

Jay Harbaugh: RB coach.  He coaches the running backs.

"Michigan has been a mess at quarterback since 2015"

How were they a mess in 2015?  Jake Ruddock was exceptional as the starting QB that year.  Speight was good up until Iowa in 2016.  Last season is the only time you could really point your finger.  And that's after Speight broke his back, O'Korn just never had it, and Peters got concussed.

05/06/2018 - 6:12pm JBB at LT is honestly

JBB at LT is honestly terrifying. He can pass block to save his life, so we’ll see if Warinner is the best OL coach in the country or not.

04/20/2018 - 12:08pm “Retire”

“Retire”

04/18/2018 - 9:39pm Don’t remember Bruno doing it

Don’t remember Bruno doing it but Monsoon and Heenan were fantastic.

04/15/2018 - 12:40am Shea, having possibly the

Shea, having possibly the best OL coach in the country, having a real life WR coach, the defense always being championship caliber.

Get the offense to average this year, which I think is certainly possible with Shea, and were battling for the playoffs again.

04/07/2018 - 8:28pm Reasons to stay in Tampa are

Reasons to stay in Tampa are Stamkos and Kucherov tho

04/07/2018 - 6:53pm I mean what happened in

I mean what happened in Detroit is what’s happening in Chicago.

They signed their core of the glory days to long term deals and now those players are old and not as effective anymore. And Datsyuk leaving didn’t help either.

I’d wait to see what he can do when he gets some extra cap space to work with. Unfortunately Zett still has 4 years left and Nielsen has 5.

04/03/2018 - 2:10am Depends on his draft

Depends on his draft evaluation. If he’s labeled anywhere in the first round, he’ll go.

03/29/2018 - 4:12pm Eh, that year we open at

Eh, that year we open at Washington, and also play at MSU and at OSU along with Wisconsin and Penn State.

Losing VT isn’t gonna hurt SoS at all

03/26/2018 - 12:03am Mel did this already just

Mel did this already just wait til he gets the talent he wants.

And isn’t our best offensive player hurt for the year too?

03/26/2018 - 12:00am From 15th out of 16 teams to

From 15th out of 16 teams to a blue blood. Hail Beilein

First post possibly last post

03/18/2018 - 11:54pm I feel this tournament has

I feel this tournament has had the most upsets in it that I can remember.

1 Xavier, 1 Virginia, 2 UNC, 2 Cincy, 3 Tennessee, 3 MSU, 4 Arizona, 4 Wichita St, 4 Auburn all don’t make it pst the first weekend

03/15/2018 - 9:50pm He wasn’t working with the

He wasn’t working with the football team since the bowl game so I haven’t a clue what he was doing up til now. Mayhaps he had all that extra time

03/14/2018 - 3:19am Eh, Virginia has a pretty

Eh, Virginia has a pretty favorable region. Cincy is their 2 seed!

03/09/2018 - 9:00am And our OL coach is better

And our OL coach is better than theirs.

03/01/2018 - 9:22am Already posted yesterday and

Already posted yesterday and was deleted.

He coached them. He was their position coach.

Urban used Tebow for an Ohio State recruiting graphic before too.

In conclusion before this also gets deleted, it’s not a big deal.

03/01/2018 - 8:48am They’re not going to fire him

They’re not going to fire him one year removed from a Touney appearance unless something comes out from the whole Lynch thing on him.

02/24/2018 - 7:40pm Depends. His HC ways at CSU

Depends. His HC ways at CSU was fine. At least he doesn’t have a Nuss to crutch on

02/23/2018 - 12:11pm It’s gonna be McElwain or

It’s gonna be McElwain or Pep, and if I were betting money, I’d bet it on McElwain

02/22/2018 - 11:48pm Don’t know where it started

Don’t know where it started but Sam is saying more staff shuffling is coming and that 247 users will “be more festive”.

So that tells me that either Tim or Pep are bolting. And since this Vandy connection has emerged I think it’s Drevno leaving. Apparently his kid is there now.

02/22/2018 - 11:28pm Because he recruited Ohio for

Because he recruited Ohio for OSU and OSU fans think he just had it easy.

I think he’d be dynamite with Al Washington in Ohio.

02/22/2018 - 11:06pm Webb is saying more staff

Webb is saying more staff change is coming so it makes sense.

Warinner being the OL coach makes next season a lot more excitable tho. I have nothing against Drev but EW is possibly the best OL coach in the country next to the Georgia guy

02/19/2018 - 8:11pm And Pep is the primary

And Pep is the primary recruiter on Harrod

02/19/2018 - 8:04pm Why because you desperately

Why because you desperately wanted Drevno and Pep gone that you believed anything that said they were out? Get over it.

Didn’t hear anyone complain about Drevno in 2015 and 2016.

02/16/2018 - 3:25pm Not even 9. Remember Gentry

Not even 9. Remember Gentry scores some as a TE. And Chris Evans scored on a pass from Peters I remember.

I honestly can’t remember the TD passes to WRs after Black got hurt. I know DPJ scored and got it taken away somehow.

02/16/2018 - 3:21pm How is it unbelievably

How is it unbelievably shorty, again?

02/16/2018 - 3:20pm Comparing McElwain to GERG is

Comparing McElwain to GERG is laughable.

McElwain is 4 years removed from success at CSU and Bama. GERG was a decade plus removed from his successes when Michigan hire him.(Not gonna count him being co-DC at Texas when they got shredded a lot and VY bailed them out, and Gene Chizik was the other co-DC).

What Robinson did to Syracuse is nothing to what McElwain did to Florida.

02/16/2018 - 12:50am Hollis, Dantonio, Izzo, and

Hollis, Dantonio, Izzo, and everyone else in the MSU administration are a bunch of cowards.

02/15/2018 - 3:35pm Play in the Mountain West so

Play in the Mountain West so they do play BOise every year.

His first year at CSU they beat Colorado and Hawaii and onthing much else.

2013 they got destroyed by Alabama.  But most their other games they scored around 30 points and lost because the other team scored like 40.  They beat Washington State in their bowl game.

2014 they beat Colorado again and Boston College.

02/15/2018 - 2:31pm 2012: 106

2013: 13

2014: 18

2012: 106

2013: 13

2014: 18

02/15/2018 - 1:34pm Sorry, but Brian is

Sorry, but Brian is wrong.

McElwain spent 18 years coaching WRs before he became an OC. He’s going to be coaching WRs here while (possibly) being OC. I don’t see the problem with it honestly.

He was a successful OC at Fresno State in 2007 with the 37th ranked offense in the country which is why Saban hired him in the first place after Major Applewhite failed.

Unlike Nuss and Kiffin, McElwain wasn’t pushed out. Saban liked him as his coordinator. He, Saban, and Smart helped build the Bama machine.

Brian simply just doesn’t like him because of how he reacted to the shark thing.

Alls I’m gonna say is this for people comparing McElwain and Nussmeier:

McElwain was a success at Fresno State. McElwain was a success at Alabama. McElwain was a success at Colorado State. McElwain was a failure at Florida.

Nuss was a success at Alabama. Nuss was a failure at Michigan. Nuss was a failure at Florida.

Nuss’ offenses at Washington:

2009: 74

2010: 69

2011: 38

Big jump his last season there. I believe Sark was the HC.

His offenses at Bama:

2012: 19

2013: 32

2014 Michigan: 115

McElwain at Alabama:

2008: 41

2009: 15

2010: 22

2011: 30

Bama’s offense in 2007 led by Applewhite I believe was 62.

02/14/2018 - 11:19pm I like/respect UMBig11, but

I like/respect UMBig11, but he’s been wrong a lot lately.

I’ll wait til the official announcement comes. But he’d be an upgrade calling plays over Drevno.

And Drevno solely coaching the OL with advice from Warinner would be make me so excited for the season.

02/14/2018 - 8:41pm Sam is reportedly saying that

Sam is reportedly saying that he agreed this morning though, but he hasn’t confirmed yet.

02/12/2018 - 8:13pm Chris Partridge already took

Chris Partridge already took the RC title didn’t he?

02/12/2018 - 3:31pm I think Mac and Morton are

I think Mac and Morton are the ones that are being seriously considered.  Feldman didn't really mention anything about Cameron.

02/12/2018 - 3:30pm He was an NFL OC for one

He was an NFL OC for one year, which was last year.  He wen't from USC OC to 49ers WR coach, then Sainsts WR coach.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if he, or anyone being seriously considered for that job, are told he'll be the next OC when Drev/Pep move on.

02/12/2018 - 12:58pm He also worked under Harbaugh

He also worked under Harbaugh at USD and San Francisco. So they’re familiar with each other, he’s probably stay more than a year unlike McElwain, has Cali connections for his time at USC.

Honestly I’d hire him over Mac.

02/12/2018 - 11:29am 1 good hire?

Let’s

1 good hire?

Let’s see....

Chris Partridge is great

Don Brown is great (because, y’know, he was hired by Harbaugh)

Zordich is a great DBs coach

Rice apparently thought Brian Smith was good enough to offer him a promotion

Ty Wheatley was our best recruiter after Partridge

DJ Durkin was good til the Ohio State game and Maryland hired him

Greg Jackson was good and the NFL scooped him up after one year

Jedd was a good hire

JayBaugh has been fine. Solid recruiter and was pretty good as TE coach

Mattison is the Hoke holdover you’re thinking of

Frey didn’t mesh but is still a good coach

Pep and Drev, sure. I’ll give you those two I guess.

Obviously the jury is still out on Washington and Moore and whoever the 10th assistant will be. But Moore and Washington both come in with very good recruiting reputations.

So yeah. Harbaugh has made good hire after good hire. But no one trusts him anymore because they think Pep and Drevno killed the offense (Drevno was still the OC in 15 and 16, guys)

02/12/2018 - 9:55am Gwen left last year when Sean

Gwen left last year when Sean McGee and others joined.

Partridge becoming recruiting coordinator is a very wise move.

02/11/2018 - 1:28am IIRC he is still Saban’s

IIRC he is still Saban’s longest serving OC at Bama during his whole tenure there.

2007: Major Applewhite

2008-2011: McElwain

2012-2013: Nuss

2014-2016: Kiffin

2016: Sark (title game)

2017: Brian Daboll

2018: Mike Locksley

Saban pushed Nuss and Kiffin out the door. He didn’t do that with Mac.
