Get these quarterbacks out of here, we all know who the best player in the country is
December 6th, 2021 at 7:12 PM ^
Cue disrespect to Spart-ee in 3 … 2 …. 1 …
Its the Blue Wall!!! UM controls the media!!
December 6th, 2021 at 7:17 PM ^
I peaked over at RCMB. There is a glorious bile-filled thread echoing those very sentiments. Just … delicious.
December 6th, 2021 at 7:19 PM ^
Imagine not having a Heisman finalist, couldn't be us lol!
But in reality, it is definitely a snub, but that's what happens when your team shits the bed twice in the final stretch of the season. KWIII should leave a bag of poo on Tucker's doorstep for that pass defense
December 6th, 2021 at 7:33 PM ^
Or better yet his carries vs OSU. I just dont believe it. You dont need to pass down 7 or 14 or even 21 the clocks not going to run out on you with 50 minutes to go. Run the fucking ball and move the chains. That was a shit show of coaching we never see vs UM.
December 6th, 2021 at 7:47 PM ^
Michigan has three running backs better than Kenneth Walker. You can't send everyone to New York...

There’s not a single reason Hutchinson should be included over Anderson. Zero.
Wow, just wow....
December 6th, 2021 at 7:54 PM ^
Is KWIII adopting MSU as his school like Russell Wilson did Wisconsin? Either way he’s not really “their” passed over Heisman candidate. Hutch is 100% Michigan’s.
December 6th, 2021 at 8:10 PM ^
Bile<<<<<<<<<<<Delicious.
December 6th, 2021 at 7:17 PM ^
Honestly, Walker was disrespected. He should be up there instead of Stroud.
December 6th, 2021 at 9:28 PM ^
Honestly, Walker was disrespected. He should be up there instead of Stroud.
Definitely, but the Heisman has always been a bunch of bullshit. If it were really about the best overall player, it wouldn't be dominated by QBs and RBs and the winners wouldn't always come from the top teams.
December 7th, 2021 at 11:54 AM ^
Should the Heisman just go to the #1 overall draft pick? Seems like a way to solve this.
December 6th, 2021 at 10:30 PM ^
Getting down early against OSU killed his chances for a big game. Not having a big game against OSU killed his Heisman chances.

December 6th, 2021 at 7:31 PM ^
I wouldn’t say Pitt has a better program brand. MSU shitting the bed towards the end of the year, primarily against OSU, combined with the invited candidates all turning it up as the season waned is more of a reason he wasn’t invited.
December 6th, 2021 at 7:44 PM ^
They don't call Scott Bell the kind of Michigan twitter for nothing!
December 6th, 2021 at 8:13 PM ^
He's kind of the King of Michigan twitter.
December 6th, 2021 at 8:33 PM ^
The best (or worst) comment in their meltdown is "this is worse than when Peppers was invited!"
Aidan is a better player at his position than Peppers ever was, just being honest.
Also KWIII probably did deserve to go over Stroud, but I get it after the whole 6 carries for 25 against OSU.
December 6th, 2021 at 8:38 PM ^
So true
December 6th, 2021 at 10:30 PM ^
He had some pretty gaudy stats against some bad teams. Pretty much a non factor against OSU. Held in check by Nebraska. Had an all time game against Michigan. I think that's why Sparty think he deserves to go to NYC.
On a personal note, my closest Sparty friend has been on social media silence since OSU shellacked MSU. But the Walker snub was too much. He's livid. Raging. It is beautiful
December 6th, 2021 at 10:08 PM ^
God damn.

Awesome!

His fellow nominees should be very, very nervous.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:37 PM ^
His fellow nominees are quarterbacks. They're fine. Aidan will likely finish third or fourth which is still great.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:41 PM ^
Perhaps he was talking about Aidan's pass rush ability to deliver a painful SACK and not the voting.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:41 PM ^
*whhhhooooooooosh*
December 6th, 2021 at 9:09 PM ^
I bet Stroud doesn't sit next to him.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:36 PM ^
It annoys the snot out of me that Aidan Hutchinson isn't even a finalist for the the two Defensive Player of the Year awards (Bronko Nagurski and Chuck Bednarik trophies). Total travesty by those two groups who clearly did no homework to come up with their finalists.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:37 PM ^
"Why does Aidan, the largest finalist, simply not eat the other three?"
December 6th, 2021 at 6:42 PM ^
He already ate Stroud
December 6th, 2021 at 7:05 PM ^
Close the thread. Winning answer.

December 6th, 2021 at 6:42 PM ^
Aidan
December 6th, 2021 at 6:44 PM ^
Fixed.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:38 PM ^
I'm hoping that, in a season where seemingly there was more media speculation upon defensive players being under Heisman consideration, this might bode well for Aidan's chances.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:40 PM ^
I'm so looking forward to Aidan Hutchinson sacking the crap out of 2 of the other 3 finalists.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:59 PM ^
Unless you're talking about the NFL, Hutchinson is playing at most just one of the other three finalists.
December 6th, 2021 at 7:19 PM ^
Unless Michigan plays Alabama in the national championship game.
One down, one to go.
December 6th, 2021 at 8:20 PM ^
He said he's "looking forward" to seeing Hutch sack the crap out of two finalists, but he's already done it to Stroud, so he can't be "looking forward" to that.
The only one he can logically be "looking forward" to seeing Hutch sack is Young.
December 7th, 2021 at 9:33 AM ^
Looking forward to the point in time at which Hutch will have sacked the crap out of 2 of the three. Point still stands.
Hoping that history will show that he sacked the crap out of 2 of the 3 others...
December 7th, 2021 at 10:59 AM ^
I can always rewatch The Game, Mr Pedant :P
December 6th, 2021 at 6:49 PM ^
SEC fans are remembering 1997 right about now. SEC QB as favorite, defender from UM among the finalists, etc.
December 6th, 2021 at 7:20 PM ^
Decent chance this is the second time in 13 years that an Alabama skill player will (undeservedly) win against an absolute wrecking ball of a pass-rusher.
Finishing 2nd would put him in elite company for a defense-only player (Hugh Green and Manti Te'o). And he didn't even have to conjure a dead girlfriend as his "Heisman moment"
December 6th, 2021 at 7:26 PM ^
MSU is gonna play vs 3 of the finalists. Stroud threw 5 or 6 TD's in the first half against them. Pickett will probably throw 5 or 6 against them too. And Young would too if they played.
December 6th, 2021 at 9:14 PM ^
Aidan scored a touchdown against them in the first half too.
December 6th, 2021 at 6:31 PM ^
Fantastic news! Young probably has it locked up, but being a finalist is an amazing honor for a defensive lineman.
And, ya never know - people thought Peyton had it locked up too - hahahahaha
Go Blue! Go Hutch!
December 6th, 2021 at 10:43 PM ^
QB votes could possibly cannibalize each other. one reason i find it odd that walker didn't finish in the top 4.
