I saw his picture on the main page and thought the same thing - he needs to put on some weight! ...there is no way this kid suits up today to take on B1G opponents. Amazing what the weight room and training table do to these kids.

This surprised me because on On3 he's listed at 6-2 190, so figured if anything he goes back in the defense not forward.

The kid is just going into his junior year of high school. He's probably not done growing yet, and at the very least will pack on weight. Besides, 6-4 is a perfectly good height for Edge players
Chase Winovich and Bosa are both 6-3 or 6-4 for example
Not to mention that Edges in Minter's defense sometimes are more Edge/LB hybrids who can rush the passer, drop back or cover the flat
