The "source" is an Instagram Live recording he did yesterday. You can judge the video for yourself, but I'd say it's pretty ambiguous whether he actually announces that he's coming back. At the very least, it doesn't sound like a final decision.

Here's an article on it, but the only source in the article is the same Twitter thread.

Rivals is reporting it.

Michigan is set to have a big reinforcement set to return to the defense next season. Sources have told Maize & Blue Review that defensive lineman Eyabi Okie 'intends to return' to the Wolverines' program next season, using his final year of eligibility in Ann Arbor.

Okie wants another full season under the strength and conditioning program in Ann Arbor to build up his draft status.

Damn you. Forced me to upvote you for a terrible title. Great news by the way. Okie is shaping up to have hell of a year and OSU QB from next year is already panicking

While it would be great to have him back, I would also settle for him having 2 sacks against OSU, returning a tipped pass for a TD, and being so disruptive to CJ Stroud that he has no choice but to declare for the draft after 2 additional stellar games in the BCS.

He does need another year to learn. He's moved from school to school too much. One more years sounds right.
