So what's changing?  Outside of wearing all maize against Florida and Maize pants against PSU, haven't they always worn all white on the road sense Harbaugh became the head coach?

Paying them for playing is a violation.  Paying them to show up to a restaurant to say HI and sign an autograph, after they graduate, is not a violation. So the way I understand it, as long as you don't pay them for what they did in school, attach any requirements that relate to them playing or how long they played. Then Michigan should be okay if they are paid after graduation. As long as the school has nothing to do with it.

Agents, marketing firms and apparel companies hoping to land top draft picks.  Pay them to go to a coach you know will assist you when it comes time for the kid to sign deals.  Its a great big game of gambling where they hope they paid enough to sign the players when they turn pro.  Boosters may have a little to do with it but after all that has come out so far, boosters seem like a small infraction.

So the polls should reflect that Michigan is the #1 team in the country at the end of the 2013 season.  Michigan may not be able to claim the NCAA tournament championship but the team could claim a National Title and it would not be inaccurate.

Trying to help the site owners.  If they were from a SQL injection everyone would be seeing them, all the time, so my guess is they are coming from Google Ads.  I would locate the problem but havent seen them come up yet.  If they are coming from an ad they can disable those ads in thier adsense control panel.

12/18/2017 - 6:05pm Passive RFID solves the

Passive RFID solves the problem of the spot using electronics?  The inlays weight next to nothing and require no power supply. Place the RFID in the exact same spot on each ball will give you the deminsions of the ball sense thay are supposed to be uniform.  They could place the antennas along each 5 yard marker, the goal lines and around the entire field.  Then just triangulate the position of the ball based off feedback from each antenna.  Now that only addresses the spot of the balll at any given point.  There may also be a way to use antennas placed above the field.

The truly hard part is finding out when the player was down.  Which outside of sensors on the players themselves, would require human and human error to play apart in it.

It would however be useful as a true or false.  At anypoint did the tip of the ball cross the yard to gain, which could be determined on first down not by the sticks, or the goal line?

10/29/2017 - 6:22pm It's because people can
It's because people can insert a new body tag via the comments.  Giving that new body tag a style of "style="position: absolute; top: 12px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden; left: -1000px;" - it makes the body of the document 1 px x 1px tall and 12px off the top of the page and -1000 pixels off the left side, and hides the scrollbars. Because it is farther down and inline the new style overrides the sites style for the body tag. I informed them of this a few weeks ago and the rememdy was to shut off the comments.

The user responsible in the thread "Some Perspective on a Few Thngs" is Minus The Houma. It appears he copied and pasted the code, accidentaly, from another site to display stats.

09/20/2017 - 8:46pm I'm really confused on how

I'm really confused on how this would change anything in terms of strategy at the end of the half.  If the opponent is punting then they are just going to punt it out of bounds, if the clock will run out during the play.  No team is going to attempt an on side kick at the end of the first half, if they are we probably won't need the three points?  As for the end of the game and the other teams is attempting an on side kick and we recover it, the games probably over.  Take a knee and go celebrate.

So Quinn Nordin is on pace to kick 39 field goals on 47 attempts this season. Which will place him 5th on the all time CAREER list of FGs made. It would crush Rivas record of 25 for a single season.

09/14/2017 - 7:15pm Isn't it common knowledge by

Isn't it common knowledge by now that when a sports reporter (used very loosley) wants attention or to show thier value they talk about something they know will get a negative reaction from Michigan fans.  They know what everyone in the media knows, negative press gets much more attention than positive.  Ecspecially negative press about Michigan when it comes to sports.

The media discusses App State every damn year during the opening week of the season, they will discuss the split title the next time we play Nebraska.  Harbaugh to the NFL is just another one of those things.  When is the next article going to be posted about how quiet the Big House is?   We could create an entire board post about negative things the media says about Michigan to get a reaction.  They know whats going to happen, it leads to someone posting a link on here about it and also someone posting it on a rival teams (all 20+ of them, even the rivals we don't know about) site so they can enjoy the thought of our fan base being miserable over something.

We have to be one of only two or three schools where a higher percentage of fans hate us more than they like thier own school.  They celebrate our misery more than a win for thier school.  Most MSU fans that I know can't even tell me who thier starting QB is but are very aware that the score was close in the third against Cincinnatti on Saturday.  They shut up again in the fourth quarter thankfully.

Downgrade the video quality to give cord cutters more bandwidth and restrict the amount of bandwidth so those who do cut the cord can't stream as much.  They could have at least picked one or the other to piss off instead of both.  Kinda glad I have Uverse and don't watch much TV.
