If we go to the Citrus Bowl, we’d play Bama based on current rankings...Hopefully their whole team sits out

Would get ass rammed worse than what OSU did of we played 'Bama. No way we show up at all for the bowl game as it is, this would be the NCAA just trying to embarrass Harbaugh even more.

So Bama just dominated Auburn on the road and then gets jumped by then ? Lol ok. Bama would be favored over everyone besides the top 3.

Auburn won with a 6% expected win outcome based on the game. They were dominated and won with luck. Can’t stand when people only look at win or lose. Pay attention. What actually happened in the game !!!!???

The committee is ranking based off of resumes, and they should, so it makes sense, even while it is true Auburn was highly unlikely to win the game given the stats.

Auburn scored 48pts with only three offensive drives 50 yards or longer. Bama had 6 such drives in that game, and Michigan had 5 vs OSU for reference. Auburn’s defense and special teams just came up with a fairly unlikely string of huge plays, and likely or not they should be rewarded for the fact that it won the game for them. It can both be true that Alabama would be favored against many teams ahead of them and that they lost the chance to play those games fair and square.

I would say it is a no-win situation for Michigan. If they beat Alabama, everyone will say it is because they didn't care. If Alabama wins, it will be another round of Harbaugh can't win the big game.
