Count me among the Lions fans that have seen quite enough of Caldwell.

Why the fuck do you not challenge that catch / non-catch by Tate? Why?

He'll probably throw that flag if he hears the words "Get out" though. I don't want to watch the review footage either.

Same Old Lions. I've been a "fan" for over 40 years and haven't watched a game this year. I have better things to do with my time. I don't have to watch because I know exactly what will happen anyway.

Now that they are out of the playoffs I guarantee they will win next week and finish 9-7. Barely miss the playoffs but are still relegated to the 21st pick in the draft where they won't be able to pick any impact players needed to make them contenders. A great year for the Lions is when the back into the playoffs and get killed in a wildcard game on the road.

I really don't care what they do with their coach. Let me know when they play a home playoff game and maybe I will watch again. God I hate the NFL.

Merry Christmas though! Can't wait for the Outback Bowl.

We've replaced roughly 95% of our offensive and defensive lines in the last 2 seasons, and have zero run game. Did anybody really expect us to make the playoffs this year?

Fire Caldwell, bring someone else in who inevitably will not get the Lions one over the hump, fire him in 3-4 years, find another new coach.

Rinse. Wash. Repeat. Such is the life of the Lions.

One bad year, blame the players. Two to three bad years, blame the coaches. Three to five bad years and you’ve got bad management.

When you’re as historically inept as the Cleveland Browns are, you’ve got bad ownership. Someone at the top is consistently making bad decisions.

mediocrity and .500 is idea for them. Just like Fontes sucked up to Bill and stayed on many more years than he should have. Now Caldwell sucks up to Martha, so I expect him back. Next year he will probably have a losing record. I've just lost all interest in the Lions. The pathetic losers might as well keep Caldwell and let him eventually go 0-16 like Cleveland. You know they are just one big injury to Matt before they go 2-14 or 0-16.

At arms length is one of the best choices I have made. I watch them here or there but have zero fucks to give weather they win or lose. I have younger guys (mid 20s) at the office who say “Lions have potential to be in the sb this season” at the beginning of every season. I honestly have no idea where that type of delusion comes from. One of them is a sparty die hard so he’s got that I guess. But still.

OTOH, my Michigan obsession......siiiiigh. Let’s not go there. I need therapy. I’ll wait to get that til after next season ;-)

the Lion's problems run deeper than Caldwell, but a change at HC is coming

Stafford's salary committment eats up over 16% of the Lions cap space - which doesn't provide a lot of room for depth and/or quality support players.

Stafford puts up numbers, but not W's. ...when he is "on" he's great, but his ADHD performances are too frequent

I hate when the Lions are on.usually means its the only game on and i have to wait 4 hours to watch football...

It would be nice if ,the ownership would just move the team to Vegas or Portland and let these fans suffer.

One playoff win since 1959?
